The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was wonderful-- comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and fluffy pillows. The hard surface flooring was perfect for us since we were traveling with a dog and cat. We were in a handicapped accessible room which had lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair. There were also hooks on the wall that were accessible. The hotel was just 5 minutes off the exit but it was very quiet. And Domino's delivers!

The handicapped accessible room was on the third floor which is no problem when the elevators are working. But I noticed that there were no rescue sleds in the stairwells. So in the event of an emergency like a fire, a person who uses a wheelchair would not have a way down the stairs to evacuate.

Clean, convenient location & modern

We were awakened around 1:00 am to someone unlocking our door! Luckily we had the extra door catch engaged and my husband yelled hey! Immediately they left and the phone starting ringing. It was the front desk associate apologizing for giving a new guest our room. Talk about panicked and took a while to wind back down and go to sleep. We just knew someone would address us in the morning when we checked out but no, Not a word....

Reasonably close to food. traffic signals to enter main roadway. these TRU designs are more hip in design and outfitting, a change from our comfortable traditions at home. More of a dormitory style. I really like the lemon sugar bath soaps. breakfast bar was good.

Marginal lighting, very bright over the beds but average near chairs. Bed lighting, controlled from nightstand, was NOT conducive to reading in bed while partner slept.

The price was good, and I enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had plenty of places to sit and get work done. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The temperature was easily adjustable. The workout room looked nice although I ended up not having time to use it. The staff was super nice.

The room was tiny and just... Not cozy. I can't put my finger on it, but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.

needed more side table lights, wished the room had side table lamps on each side of the bed…there was one lamp by the tv and I moved it to read and have on in the night going to the bathroom… instead of turning the top lights on. also, WiFi sign-in had this confusing option to become a member that seemed like I needed to join ($) to get free WiFi but I bypassed it on my laptop and used my network on my phone

Simple, clean, large room, good breakfast, safe and convenient location. I like it all! The dryer in my room had sparks when I turned it on. I told it at the front desk when I checked out. Looks like they when to fix it right away.

The room right is too bright and there is no adjustment. The squeeze bottle of soap is hard to use with one hand. Every time I use the soap it came out too much even I squeeze gently.

Tru properties are perfect for us because they give us just what we need and not a lot more. This room had a step-in shower and pretty comfortable beds. Just what we needed.

We were on the first floor so it was a bit loud.

Staff is all friendly. Very clean and the concept of the hotel is great, with the convenience of the soap, lotion , shampoo, and conditioner in each room is so nice! For a one night or just a couple day stay, you don't have to dig through your vehicle for those items! So many other nice details to list!

Hotel appeared to be fairly new, and was clean and well-maintained. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All appliances and TV were in good working order. I was very pleased with almost everything, except...

The noise levels in our room were a bit crazy. This was one half of a suite, with a double-locked door separating us from the adjoining room. Sadly for us, there was a bit of a party going on next door, and the gap under the door as well as the fact the hotel itself is not particularly quietized like older facilities are, made for a bit of an issue getting to sleep. Honestly, I don't think they were making that much noise, it was more an issue of the sound deadening around that door. As a road warrior, I carry ear plugs, so applied those and slept like a baby.

Nice view, tasty breakfast options that were filling, love the vibe of the lobby, clean rooms, good bath products, my dog can stay, convenient to 81, lots of outlets, nice snack options at the front desk

Wish there was option for a lower watt light next to the bed for reading, the overhead ones were bright
