Breakfast wasn’t included in my room rate , I was under the impression breakfast was free for everyone like other hotels!! I like that it was right on the beach and the parking deck was nice easily accessed and well lit at night!!

Just wish they had free complimentary breakfast at this hotel!

When I booked through booking.com got quoted one price and when I called they confirmed the price with a $50 deposit fee. Which was fine but when I arrived at the property I couldn’t understand why the price was not the same as to what I was told and confirmed before arriving.

Location, location, location! Pleasant front desk stuff with a welcoming behavior. Room was exceptionally clean when we arrived, comfy with a panoramic phenomenal view.

The way we were so badly treated at Mahi’s restaurant. I don’t know if it’s because of being short-staffed, but with repetitive incidents, it poses lots of question marks. Moreover, at this price level, you expect a better room service quality. The cleaning staff didn’t speak any English. Moreover, I had to ask 3 times at the front desk for my room to be cleaned, just to return at night and find that only the towel set has been changed.

Rooms are clean, the Oceanview and balcony was awesome. Also the prepaid breakfast was not bad the restaurant had limited menu for prepaid guests, with the option to order from the main menu for an additional cost.

The hallways and elevators were a bit muggy not enough ventilation.. The floors were often wet. This could be people tracking from the pool or shower from from ocean water. But the floors on and near the elevator were often wet. Oh and the.parking was okay had to pay 20 dollars.per day to park across the street or it was 35per day for valet parking.

Rooms are great and have the best view. As soon as we arrived we went to see if we could check in earlier, check in is at 4, we got there close to 2pm and the guy said that as soon as the room was ready he would let us know. Let me just say that the lobby is beautiful. At 2:30pm he called and said room was ready. They have valet parking right out front, the other parking places they have are a little far so we didn’t mind paying for valet. To summarize, room was clean, they have a restaurant in the lobby and food was really good, the pool was really nice too. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure.

I did not like how if you pay for valet parking you can’t park even though there are spots available right in front of the hotel given the others are (kept for the restaurant next door). You pay extra and the valet parker still acts like they don’t want to park your car in a separate lot you’re paying to park in. Did not get clean towels/clothes even when requested a day before and was informed they would be brought to the room. One staff member was rude to me and walked away when I wasn’t understanding how valet works and I felt disrespected which I haven’t ever at a hotel.

The building appearance is very nice. All machanical equipment worked well. Staff members were professional and courteous.

A parking fee was not listed in the Booking description. These types of surprises are very discouraging.

Very comfortable room. EXCELLENT seafood restaurant. Had trouble with wifi connection so the reetaurant allowed me to use their guest wifi passcode which I really appreciated. Helpful valet staff (I'm disabled so appreciated my car being parked in a handy location). Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Good location. Overall, would happily stay here again.

The problem connecting to hotel wifi was annoying and staff couldn't figure out how to fix it (the hotel sign in page would not load so I could not get access to the hotel wifi). Would have been helpful to have tech support. However, the restaurant staff came to the rescue and let me use their passcode for the duration of my stay.

Lester and the other members of the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I was able to move to a higher floor level that had a better view than where I was. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom had all the modern amenities. Everthing was nice down to the warm cookies!

Did NOT like the fact that I had to pay $20 a day for parking. The parking garage was dirty and kind of creepy. And half the time the gate wasn't even down so any and everybody could have ( and probably did) park there...for FREE

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

It was not clear that I needed to pay $20 for self parking every day and was not told this at check in. I found out when they sent me my final invoice. This should have been made very clear when I booked the room and checked in. The bathroom tub also could have been a little cleaner, there was quite a bit of mold/mildew on it.
