the bathroom was amazing and the fireplace was perfect

the check out time and the elevator was broken Upon my arrival but was fixed shortly afterwards it was probably due to the cold weather wow on my stay Some water pipes had busted causing the fire alarm to go off for at least an hour which is a little inconvenient but other than that it was OK

Our room was spacious for our family of 4. We had the suite with the full kitchen and washer and dryer which was very convenient for us. The pools were warm and great for our young children (3 & 4 yr old).

During our stay, balcony renovations were about to take place so they were inaccessible. But we understand the importance of safety, it was just unfortunate timing. Parking in the ground floor garage was also challenging at times due to the number of spots available.

Receptionist were so sweet! Funniest moment was she thought we were a group of teenagers until we told her we were there for a Bachelorette party! Most of us were already married or had kids. We had the best time talking to all the Receptionists! Room was clean and there was silverware/pots to use. Pool is heated and open from 8am-10pm. There are 2 hot tubs! You can't park in the garage until you have the parking pass which only one vehicle can be in the garage. Any additional vehicles will have to park across the street behind Howard Johnson and you have to pay $17 per vehicle. Parking garage was small so it made sense. They will tow vehicle if there is no parking pass on your vehicle. The beach is a block away and it was an easy walk. We went in the beginning of May when the weather was 60° but it was perfect! The heated pools made it enjoyable! This is my second time here and I want this to be the only hotel I come to when visiting. 10/10 2 times in a row! I can only post 4 photos 😞

Returnable $200 but it makes sense. I just didn't know. Now I know for next time.

Really loved the staff, the proximity to the beach, the activities, etc. The average charge was 375 a night. It was not really worth it. Breakfast was not included, and there was a dead roach in the room. Signs were posted everywhere for no alcohol in pool area, but no one listened. There were beer cans all over. There were renovations going on. That was no big deal. The Double Tree across the street was 285 and included Breakfast.

It 's over priced for what it offered.

The 2-bedroom suite was fantastic! It was extremely spacious and had all the amenities you could want: full kitchen with all appliances and cooking supplies, washer and dryer, large TV, ceiling fan in the living area, and even a fan in the bathroom. Nowadays that is unusual, but in my mind it is a must. Having the extra bedroom with its own kitchenette, two queen beds, and full bath made a big difference in terms of convenience and comfort. The balcony was also really nice and allowed us to hang our towels and swim suits out for drying. The pools and hot tubs were very relaxing, especially with the waterfalls, and the courtyard environment was highly appealing.

The TV in the master bedroom was small. The long wall separating the main suite from the extra bedroom definitely needed a fresh coat of paint. I would have thought that the master bedroom would have its own separate climate control. Some of the furniture was dated. One drawer could not be opened because the knob fell off and it couldn't be put back in place. Also, the balcony faced the street, so at times there was a lot of noise from cars revving and vrooming. One of the hot tubs wasn't working properly. Having only one elevator could be inconvenient.

It was wonderfully accommodating and had all necessities available. Staff (especially front desk staff) were amazing and so welcoming and friendly

The wait time for check in…. I had to call at 3:50 to see if the room was ready when we had gotten there at 11am that day. It was available when I called so I was concerned that maybe it was available prior to my call.

pool scenery & heated was nice along with staff checking in nice to have a building on the oceanfront at ease having a more secure parking garage spacious room having many access points to parking garage

the porch floor design too noisy if people rolling things late at night or early in morning quite noisier than anticipated could hear traffic & emergency vehicles quite easily no continental breakfast at least

Nice kid friendly pool. Elevator near our room made the strollers/wagon much easier. Close to really nice bars and restaurants. 2 room suite was perfect for staying with our friends. Loved the full size kitchen! Enjoyed having seating on the balcony. Huge water heater meant we never had cold showers!

Dead waterbug. Pool towels are only available in the room, wish they had more at the pool itself. Having to use the key for pool and trash receptacle. Only one car was allowed to park in the garage, and our other one got towed because our parking pass blew into the seat and was no longer on the dash. Outdated decor. Temporary Support beams on the balcony was annoying.

Room was nice size . Loved the pools and hot tubs.

Thin walls. The room next to us was an adjoining room and they had a small who screamed and cried quite awhile one night( after 10 pm). We had ants in our kitchen area.. not too many but enough to make it that we had to put did items on table and then couldn’t use that table space for sitting and eating.
