I LOVED THE NEW RENOVATION!! STAFF WAS SUPER NICE!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

The entire property is renovated to the minutest detail. Only one block from the Oceanfront and Boardwalk. Very convenient. We are frequent to the Virginia Beach, and we are quite familiar with the area and other accommodations it has to offer but this property has been the best so far. We can't expect anything better. Outstanding in all departments. FIVE STARS !! The Check in process was smooth and Neil was helpful & very warm. He gave snack boxes to my kids. Convenient Parking. Elegant decor, very intuitive and thoughtful layout of the room. Just to mention the rooms are quite big and spacious and Beach Theme with paintings on the walls. Hardwood Floors, Sorry I don't like carpets. Two 55-inch TVs in our two-bed suite. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. Living room has a sofa. I guess it is a pullout couch intended for larger families. Our two kids were glued to the big screen TV. A lot of fun. We don't allow them binge watching at home, but we let them have fun. The best part of our room was the bathroom. Full size mirror and tons of useful amenities. Multiple Phone Charging Stations, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board, study chair Hi Speed Ethernet and Wi-Fi. In Brief, loaded with useful things. Brand New Mattresses, plenty of Pillows. Everything Spotless and Sparkling Clean. Redroof Plus VB Seaside: A great Find in Oceanfront. We will definitely be coming back during Something in the Water Fest. Thank you Redroof Plus, We carried home with us many sweet memories of the Ocean.

At breakfast there wasn’t fresh food and wasn’t being restocked, small commons area

The hotel was only one block from the Boardwalk and the beach the rooms were really clean, we had a double bed Queen with A Sofa Bed and everything was updated love the Bathroom tiles and the Grantie sink and all the finishes had no issues with this Hotel at all would recommend it to anyone who goes to Virginian Beach Breakfast Was Great also had 2 TVS in the room had so many channels even HBO. Netflix Paramount Plus whatever we needed like Towels, garage bags we would call down to the front desk and they were waiting for us we never had to wait it was there ASAP they even gave us extra Blankets the front Desk was great, pool was always clean they Maintenace was always cleaning keep up with the guest i would give this hotel a 10/ out of 10 Thank You Julie V Port Crane NY :)

The room was very spacious and clean, and it was well furnished and equipped with everything for a pleasant stay. My kids loved the two TV's in the room :). The beds were very comfortable as well, and it was a 10-mintue walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. There was ample parking, and they allowed us to remain parked even after checkout. We were also allowed an early check-in at 2pm, which was a plus. It was a great choice and a great value.

The breakfast is very basic and limited in scope, and the breakfast lounge is small, so go early before it gets congested with everyone trying to eat in the final 30 minutes.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning check in that they made go super smooth even though I was hours ahead of check in. Nellie is always a delight when she’s working the front desk and I know she’s happy to help if I need anything. The Manager Lena was also very helpful and polite, even giving me a goodie bag to make up for a request they were unable to fulfill!

I wish that parking wasn’t so tight but aside from that, there’s nothing about the property or staff that I think needs changing.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Once we arrived for check in, the gentleman helping us gave us a list of his favorite restaurants closest to the hotel. We took him up on his suggestions and couldn't have been happier. The room was very clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, you get the experience, comfort and cleanliness for a fraction of the price of the oceanfront hotels, while still being 600 feet from the beach! We enjoyed ourself VERY much and cannot wait to return.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We came here on short notice after a bad experience at a different hotel. The employee allowed us to park there before check in and even provided early check in due to the circumstances. Breakfast provided early. Pool was nice and on second floor. Room had a living room with a pull out bed in the couch that provided extra space for our family of 4

The first and second floor doesn’t have secure access. There are stairs from parking lot that anyone can access.

Everything was excellent, no problems at all. All the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was nice and clean and food was hot and avaliable. The employee that works that area is very welcoming and did not complain once even when the are was busy he kept it stocked and tidy. I really appreciate his services and I look forward to staying again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was as exceptional and the area is in between all type of stores and restaurants. We walked to the beach and was offered additional towels when we returned.

the staff was very welcoming and nice. the room was beautiful and we travelled with another couple with a different room but they still tried their best to keep us together. the location was great all we had to do was walk outside and you were on the boardwalk.

on the second night of our stay there was a group of teenagers that for some reason wanted to hang out outside of my room at 1am. they were very loud and we asked them to stop so they moved towards the other couple we were staying with. the pool was also closed and i was under the impression it would be open.
