It was a beautiful hotel close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, the reasons for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us know up front if we needed any housekeeping done to let the staff know. Everything was great.

There is nothing I didn't like about it, everything was great!

The room was exactly what we were hoping for. Good size, and we really appreciated the kitchenette with microwave, sink, and fridge, it was even stocked with paper towels. Very little noise from other rooms. Breakfast was particularly excellent on the week days. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The discount on the room made it a reasonable value for the area. It was an easy drive to get from the hotel to downtown Williamsburg.

There was a constant smell of weed in our hallway for the first few days strong enough that we could smell even in the room. We were right beside the stairwell and side entrance so not sure if it came from there or one of the rooms near ours. The curb at the parking lot entrance was freakishly high so it was tricky to keep the car from bottoming out every time we came and went.

We wanted to rent a movie and relax after a long day of sightseeing; however, that was not an option. Also, we were not happy there was no daily housekeeping.

Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, pool, gym & breakfast were all pretty good, convenient location for our purposes (visiting the college)

Maybe I'm not in touch with hotel rates and policies, but seemed a bit pricey (almost $200/night) and I was annoyed they wouldn't grant a latet check out than 1pm (or match the previous night's rate when we opted to stay a second night) even though they were not even close to being fully booked

The stay was almost perfect. It was clean, spacious and close to everything we needed including our parents. My granddaughter loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing.

I didn’t particularly not like anything about the property. my only suggestion is to update the tvs. It felt a little small for the suite we had and the cable kept cutting in and out. We didn’t get to successfully watch a movie but we weren’t there for that so I still give it 5 stars and it will be our go to hotel when we visit Williamsburg!

The pools were really nice. We enjoyed a great afternoon swimming. The hotel itself was good, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the lock on our room and the front desk staff had it fixed in about 15 minutes! She was our hero after a long day's adventure.

The HVAC seemed uneven through out the building. Some common areas were really warm, some not so much. Our room, on the other hand was comfortable. The only working ice machine was down on the first floor. :-(

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time swimming in the outdoor pool. It would be great to have a couple of umbrellas for the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good, hot, and fresh. We did enjoy the omelet; there was no beacon during our three-night stay. It would be much better if we could have small cartons of chocolate milk and 2% or skim milk instead of the big container of milk you can pour into your bowl for cereals. The ice machine on the fourth floor was out of order, but no big deal. We just had to go up to the fifth floor.

Breakfasts were wonderful, something for everyone. Walkable property. The choice of pools.

No mini fridge in queen rooms or a microwave. Online pictures showed mini fridge in room, so, that was a disappointment

Very clean facility with accommodating staff. The included breakfast is a great benefit.

I had to cut my stay short by one night due to a family matter and lost one night's room rate because my stay was prepaid and not refundable--very disappointing!

Hot breakfast is always a plus! Clean room and facilities. Very comfortable atmosphere! The online last minute reservation was easy to complete and processed immediately. A competitors room that was originally booked (Country Inn) had bed bugs and was not inhabitable! Luckily, Hampton had availability and was far superior. I should have gone with Hampton to begin with. You guys saved my trip.

The door lock to our room was very temperamental. It took multiple attempts to open. Hot water was an issue as well. Bathroom faucet took at least 5 minutes to get luke warm and never got hotter. Bathtub was not as bad. The issues were brought to the attention of the desk clerk and written down for follow-up.
