The unit was fully stocked and had a very small kitchen.

The kitchen was well stocked, but there was absolutely no counter space. We were charged about $80 more than the advertised price on booking.com. I sent in a notification the same day I booked, but I never heard anything. Also didn’t like the extra $250 security deposit and all the time share sales pitches.

The room was a good size for the three of us, the beds were really comfortable, the place was extremely clean and the staff was always friendly (except the concierge was not always courteous, but she was the only one acting this way). Also, we don't know what was going on with her personal life.

One of the front desk staff had lost the fire pit key, and so we waited quite a while to get someone to turn the gas fire pit on. Except they could not do it without that key, so they had to drive to the other sister location to get a key which was after 9:30 pm. No big deal, but my son was a bit disappointed because he wanted to grill his marshmallows so he could make his s'mores. The entire staff was accommodating and apologetic about the whole thing though, and the next day everything was back to normal.

Very neat and clean, quiet. Well-kept property and enthusiastic staff. Met all of our needs.

Really dislike the sales aspect of the property. We booked through Booking.com simply because we needed a dependable, clean, safe place to stay. The property is clearly a time share that rents rooms; we had to interrupt the wind-up to the sales pitch; now we are being sent marketing messages through email and the postal service to try to have us buy into their plan. Had we known this would happen, we would have chosen a different property that isn't a time share.

Very nice place.....room was much bigger than I was expecting....and I expect a lot. Brand new appliances in kitchen and OMG the bed was absolutely amazing. We travel a lot....and this was by far the most comfortable bed ever....balcony was a nice touch even though no view except for trees.

The rooms could use a little upgrade. Popcorn ceiling and even some walls. The door to the balcony wouldnt close and lock without some real force. I didn't like the fact that after u check in you have to go to another desk where they try and get u to sign up for timeshare. All I want to do at that point after a 8 hr drive is just go to room.

The location was excellent so close to everything. Ac worked perfectly, very clean, grounds well kept and friendly staff.

The stove left to be desired, we went to the pool, and there were no towels available. Some of the furniture seemed tired as did the carpet. We were surprised the cost to add one night to the beginning of our reservation as we arrived earlier than expected.

The property was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The one major issue I had was purchasing tickets to go to Colonial Williamsburg. They gave me a deal however neglected that it was a sale pitch. Once I got back to the home I realized and decided not to go, however, I was still charged 40.00. Seemed like a scam to me. Still waiting to be reimbursed for this money.

My room was great! So comfortable and clean and inviting. I loved the pool and the firepit! Everyone at check in was so helpful and pleasant! The location of the resort to Colonial Williamsburg was about 5 minutes and maybe 10 to Busch Gardens.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't stay longer!! There really wasn't anything bad to say about the resort. If there was anything negative, it would be that there were not pool towels clean when I got to the pool one morning. Not a big deal though as some were brought promptly.

Club Wyndham Patriots Place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room (or rather, rooms) was massive and had all the appliances and much more than what we expected. There were two televisions, a full sized kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher and a dining room. There were two bathrooms.

The location was a little far out and we had to walk quite far away.

Location was great. Sufficient storage was present. Staff was nice to change us to a first floor unit based on our age and health. Free Wifi. the bracelets were a convenient method of allowing entrance and got us a great discount at a pancake house. Sales presentation was actually helpful and gave us a good discount on activities.

Bathmat needed in tub. Whole unit was smaller than we are used to.

Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!!! We will stay here again but not this particular unit unless the upper floor is fixed

The room above us needs a subfloor replacement or something. Not sure what flooring is up there but whenever the tenants would walk around, the floor sqeeked so bad and was so loud, that it woke us up.
