The location is excellent. I loved the vibe of the area and the proximity to the attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

They need to check the rooms before giving them to guests to make sure everything in the room is working. We had a problem with the temperature of the room. The air conditioning was not working and unfortunately their technician could not fix it on the spot. They brought us a fan which did help. We are pleased to say that the hotel did give us a discount to make it right. I would just say please make sure everything in the room is working well especially in the warmer months before you give the room.

The room was on the 6th floor, nice size room , nice view. The bathroom was nice but there was a stench coming from the shower, very smelly. when we left we told the desk person, she said that she was sorry and would let the clean up people know about it.

The smell it the shower/toilet area. We told the front desk about it and she said that they would check in to it, other than that all was good.

location was between two metro stations, and between downtown DC and Georgetown. Room and bed were comfortable. Elevators worked well. Front desk and cleaning staff were great. Building seems new and things are in good working order. The room (located away from M street and on a higher floor) was quiet.

pool was smaller than expected so we didn't bother. the views from the room and and the roof were disappointing. it is located between two metro stations but it was still about 10 minutes walk to each of them, and it was very hot.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff accommodated our family with connecting rooms. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the hotel overall was quiet. The location was perfect for enjoying both Georgetown and the whole DC area.

The in-room thermostats didn't seem to effectively control the temperature, and the nightlight in the one of bathrooms didn't work.

Great location , rooms spacious and beds very comfortable - loads of excellent cafes and restaurants near by .

It’s an older hotel but it’s fine - for stop over and locations is completely acceptable

This was a pleasant surprise as we planned a last minute trip to DC on Xmas weekend. Property is close to most of the touristy locations in DC. We had a nice morning breakfast at Tatte's bakery which is just a couple of minutes walk.

I thought the $50 charges for overnight valet parking was little too much considering there are nearby garages where you could park for 20 bucks

The receptionist Jordan and Debbie really made our experience worth while. Debbie is very knowledgeable about parking in the area and the convenience of utilizing the valet service as well. She made our stay very comfortable and will recommend for family and friends.

Very comfortable. Shy of luxury, but nicely up to date. Good value. Excellent service. Perfect location. Really helped us with a late checkout.

There is an adjacent restaurant. I enjoy a hotel lounge where brewed coffee is easily accessible in morning. The sit down restaurant wasn't ideal for a take out coffee. Had to go one block down. Not a big deal but a nice perk.

pleasant surroundings

Unclear parking instructions, poor signage on building to identify the hotel, digital key failed after one use and when trouble shooting, Hilton had no record of my stay. Was not forewarned before I booked, there was a separate parking fee.

The location was great! We were able to ride the scooter’s to most of the events. The room was very nice and clean. The pillows were very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly with excellent customer service.

The bed wasn’t soft enough for my comfort.
