This place is ideally located not far from Georgetown and a short ride away to the major sites. it’s clean, smart and friendly. The suite was sufficient for our stay and they arrange a day for housekeeping to come which is good but you can always request more towels or trash removal if needed. breakfast is inclusive and is a wide variety of hot and cold buffet style breakfast with fruit juices, fruit, pastries, muffins etc just be aware it can get busy and on the first few days we were there they had an influx of 8th graders on spring break so breakfast was challenging and chaotic it was like a school canteen during those times however once they left it was just a regular busy breakfast. Staff are friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere here I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again but maybe not during spring break!
The spring breakers it felt they took over and other guests I spoke to felt the same. maybe they need to have a designated area for them purely because most ended up making a mess not only in the breakfast area but seating area too, quite a few we’re dropping food and plate’s carelessly. This is not what you expect of a Hilton property. we had three days of this before it went back to normal whereas other guests had this for longer.

The hotel lobby and the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and as expected. The staff was helpful and always pleasant. The mattress was high quality and very comfortable, and the overall space in the suite was excellent. We arrived very late, but we were received with a smile, and they were helpful with getting the charging set up in the parking garage for our electric vehicle. We don't own a Tesla, so we charged on a "granny cable," but that did the job just fine. Breakfast each morning offered a good variety, and most days, they had dairy-free milk options available. If it's not out, just ask.
The complimentary reception each evening was a little disappointing (same snacks of tortillas, salsa, goldfish crackers, raw vegetables, and nacho dip) were offered every night with no variation. It was a nice surprise, though, that there were 2 free beverages for each guest offered at the bar. Alcoholic beverages were limited to select beers and wines. Be sure to tip the bartender. It was a huge disappointment to find that the pool and exercise area was closed for upkeep. The pool and exercise equipment was a big reason that we chose the hotel, and our daughter was looking forward to using them. We got to sneak in a few hours the afternoon before our departure as they reopened the pool at 3 pm on that day.

Great location. We were able to walk to just about all of the main D.C. attractions & there were plenty of great restaurants & stores in the immediate area. Rooms are very nice with microwave, mini fridge & other basic amenities. The hotel staff is fantastic! Each staff member was friendly, helpful & willing to assist. Breakfast was convenient & tasty— a little hectic, but overall a good option. The nightly happy hour was also a nice touch. Would definitely return again if our travels take us to D.C.
The service in the hotel restaurant is horrible. Don’t even attempt! I read the reviews & still took a chance. But it is not good. We waited 12 minutes for a server to reach our table & we literally did not see her again until I flagged her down to request the check. Meanwhile, she & another coworker appeared to be chatting with each other the whole time— while clearly not delivering our food or checking to see that our order was correct. There are enough good places to eat in the area to skip the hotel restaurant until they can step it up with better staff.

The suite we had was perfect for us -two parents with a 20 yr old daughter. She had her own space for sleeping. The kitchenette was nice, but could use a cooking stove. The staff was excellent, special thanks to Delwyn, who was especially helpful and nice! The location was close enough to the sites we visited, although the walk was a bit long.
Could use a stove in the kitchenette. A bit confusing with the main hotel reception on the first floor and the Hilton Club reception on the 8th, but we had no problems. The one night we had dinner at the restaurant, we waited far too long for the food. I think they forgot about us. It was decent, but quite expensive. We should have gone somewhere else.

loved the breakfast and the happy hour. We didn’t know about happy hour time so it was a great surprise.
no ventilation in the bathroom and I didn’t like the glass door with no lock.

Centrally located, a few minutes walk to main streets yet the hotel was quiet. If back in D.C would stay there again.
Parking is very expensive

Best location. Great welcome and check-in overseen by an outstanding porter. Large 2 room suite with very comfortable bed. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Very good value for money.
WiFi dropped out from time to time. We were disappointed that daily room servicing was not included - just one mid-week scheduled but the staff arranged for an extra service.

Location was key for my family for my son's graduation. Great choice. Unfortunately the parking garage was full but we were kindly recommended to go to another garage close by. The entire staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and cleaned upon request. All the necessary amenities were given. The breakfast and happy hour were exceptional! Grocery store across the street and just a short walk to nice restaurants. Nice gift shop and snack bar in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
The parking situation could have been better. Maybe an offer for a parking reservation would have helped for incoming guests. It would been helpful and convenient for guests driving to visit DC. Otherwise we were happy with the near by and safe garage recommended! Thank you!

Everything was great. Staff were all very polite and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They food and service at the restaurant was great.
Electrical outlets in the bedroom didn't work. Couldn't charge our phones unless we took them in another room. The pipe under the sink in the bathroom leaked all over the floor, but someone came right up to fix it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the waiting and cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent and the evening reception between 5.30- 7 was a lovely bonus, especially after a busy day of sightseeing. Pool and jacuzzi were a lovely temperature. Thank you.
Overall we were happy.
