This hotel was a stop over from our visit to Southern Idaho. I was traveling with my husband and my dog and we got a room on the first floor and parking was close by. Location was good and there are restaurants close by. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausages and waffles. Room was comfortable and we went visited the World Trade Center Memorial which is only a 10 mins walk. Will stay again when we come back to Kennewick.

Heard some walking noise since our room was next to an exit door but it was convenient to take my dog out.

It was a very nice hotel and the people and breakfast offered was exceptional. Because I travel with my dogs . . . the one complaint is that the dog "potty area" is not very large and on both stays the "sprinkler" system was running in the mornings when I went out to potty my dogs. That was the only issue I had. Maybe they watering of grassy areas can be done from say midnight to 1 am? that way it will not inconvenience any of the guests with dogs.

The staff was friendly and the interior of the hotel and room was clean. continental breakfast was pretty good and had some nice options.

As soon as I stepped out of my car after parking in the parking lot, I saw what looked like vomit right next to where I had parked. we walked next door to a coffee house, which had lousy customer service, was filled with flies and I. experienced staff, so the surrounding area wasn’t the best. Also, we could hear right thru the walls and the floor above us had children running back and forth and we could hear it way more than we probably should have been able to. Thin walls.

Breakfast was quite good. The waffle maker, and bagels were a nice touch. I felt like there was a good selection. I'm not a breakfast person, so I just really had coffee and a bagel, but my wife really enjoyed the selection. Bed was nice and comfortable, and the pool was a great addition (though one we didn't take advantage of).

Nothing really for us to complain about or critique. I think the hotel is all around a good place to stay. We only stayed one night as it was the perfect midway point to our vacation destination, but we always enjoy staying at Comfort Suites Kennewick. It holds a special place in our hearts.

Breakfast buffet offered was very good and had large uncrowded seating area, food was replaced regularly to keep up with guests. Hotel located in parking lot very near to several restaurants (could walk across parking lot to dine).

Window only had a sheer curtain to keep out light so, the bright red and white lighted signage from next door hotel was shining right onto my pillow (in my eyes). A "blackout" curtain that could be drawn closed would have been appreciated. Not enough "valet dollies" for such a large hotel (It took awhile to find one when we were checking in - another guest brought the one he used to us when he was finished).

Convenient location. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Safe neighborhood. Late checkout. Pool open 24 hrs. Large breakfast area and breakfast had good options. Great place for a family stay.

If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that the pool could have been a bit cleaner. It was fine but could of been better.

Breakfast appealing and good, clean and well attended.

When I booked I requested lower floor, I was assured it would be first or second floor yet when I checked in they put me on fourth floor, I asked why and the attendant clerk did not give me a satisfactory answer. Following night I was not able to get in the room, lock key card would not work, had to came down and talk to night clerk and didn’t get a clear reason why it happened.

Clean, parking lot was well lit, the room was exceptionally clean and all the electrical things were in working order. The ac unit worked well with keeping the room at the set temperature and the thermostat was easy to use, the bed was extremely comfortable and the price was reasonable with what was available locally

This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites. They have become our hotel of choice. Great rooms, comfortable beds, good work out facilities. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our room was next to a busy highway with large trucks. The trucks were going up or down a grade and were very noisy.

Very good breakfast except no potatoes or fruit. Could have had homemade oatmeal instead of packages but plenty of choices and good coffee! A very good deal. Shower was fabulous. Ditto the comfy bed. Got a great deal on a suite and TV was huge. Think pool and spa open 24 hours. And nearby Hops n Drops was open late with happy hour prices and VERY good food!

Breakfast should go til 10 a.m. Front desk staffer not bad but could have been friendlier. Oatmeal should be homemade and they should have potatoes and fruit at breakfast. HATE bar soap. So wasteful and every hotel should get shower gel.
