Holiday Inn Express Puyallup, an IHG Hotel

I just want to thank the staff of this hotel for being so warm and welcoming. Am so happy we found a hotel that could accommodate our dog. And the fact that it was super clean was a bonus. Kudos for the wonderful customer service.

Breakfast was great.I came in with my family of 5 (My dad myself and two teens and we were able to share two room with a nice go between doors.The Tv Was personalize with Welcome and My name.That was a nice touch.

There was no table for breakfast. No view and no open for us to share 1 Rooma lot of other hotels have a 2 bed and one pull out option room that would have worked for our family.

There were plenty of choices for breakfast.

The room was very noisy. We heard a lot of traffic noises and when the people in the room next to us arrived there was light from the locked adjacent door waking us up and we could hear everything they were saying!

Staff was extremely friendly and very professional. They were more than helpful with a few issues we had. They were very attentive. They make the best breakfast. Enjoyed waking up to it every morning.

this property was perfect! loved everything and it’s perfect for families. room size was awesome, one large room that felt like 2. 2 tvs so kids could spread out. they thought of everything we could have possibly have needed and so much space!

Road noise was terrible but we were on the size closest to the road so that probably didn’t help

With COVID around, we felt more comfortable having someone serve my food so I didn’t have to touch the utensils and have people breathing on my food. The property seemed very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that you weren’t required to wear a mask when you were getting your breakfast. There were a couple of people on different days that had a coughing episode while doing this over the food.

Clean room with a nice full length mirror, and free parking + conveniently located to a lot of food places. Amazing customer service. A lot of amenities available including spa/gym/breakfast (did not use any of these to speak more to it).

Small bathroom, older shower head with powerful/hard water pressure. Pretty pricey for 1 night stay (Friday/Saturday).

modern design, comfortable, pet friendly, early check in, late checkout. free breakfast. very pleased when friend dropped in to join us for breakfast - I tried to pay for their breakfast, but manager generously comped our friend. Will stay again.

We loved the pool, friendly front desk staff and morning breakfast. The front desk staff were always helpful and answered our questions. I also liked the side parking lot that made 2nd floor rooms accessible from the side entrance.

The room was nice and very clean, had an issue with the TV the nice man showed up with in 5 minutes. The breakfast was good and the area was very nice and clean.

The pool area out side by the chairs with dusty and the ground was very dirty like it hadn't been hosed off in awhile.
