The location is near great restaurants, a few minutes from the Amphitheater and looked like something out of an old rom-com movie. Interior decor and structure was stunning. Our rooms were cozy and the staff was very attentive and helpful during our stay.

Some of the rooms had some light dust building up on the countertops and some of the furniture. Nothing crazy but should definitely be looked into. You'd expect to see a nice hotel such as this one and know that it is spotless.

Location was great very easy to get around. Many restaurants/bars in walking distance. Only minutes by car to breweries and museums. Room was large with high ceilings and huge windows. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff we interacted with were super friendly. The second night of our stay we were pleasantly surprised with a delicious bottle of wine and cheese and crackers left in our room.

Absolutely nothing

We were in awe of the beautiful architecture. 5 floors of unique ancient decor. We toured all 5 floors and got a great workout. It was beyond our expectations. The staff was excellent, very nice and provided us with all we needed. Thank you! We will stay again if we're ever in need of a hotel downtown.

The only thing we didn't like were the pillows. They were very 'airy' and went flat too quickly.

Clean, gorgeous facility. We loved the valet parking, took a lot of the stress out of the trip. Near many restaurants and bars. Staff were very accommodating and super friendly.

Some things about the room that we feel could be improved are the lighting (very low, few light sources) and a full length mirror would be nice. My husbands side of the bed also “sloped” down, he was a little uncomfortable by morning.

Excellent staff & Building exterior/ interior. Even valet was helpful and seemed so happy to be there. The room was very clean and mostly comfortable. The bed was a little less comfy than I expected but we still slept well following concert and dining. Wish we would had more time to walk Broadway and see the shops and restaurants.. Definitely a median rate in the city for what you get.

Just the bed. Wish it was more comfortable and came with a couple more pillows. (I didn't ask for any more, I'm sure they would have brought them up)

Gorgeous historic building. Arrived early and asked the front desk to hold our bags until check-in. The front desk promptly checked us in early which allowed us to freshen up in our room before heading out to explore the city and catch a ballgame. (The Brewers won!) Great staff. Clean. And an atrium view that will take your breath away.

Parking was kind of a pain.

loved everything about this hotel except I think the heater/air conditioning was broken in our room. it was very hot and we couldn’t get the air to turn on.

Beautiful hotel with a historic feel in a great downtown location. The room was a pretty good size, with gigantic windows. The staff was friendly, and the room and hotel was very clean.

The information regarding parking could have been more transparent. I didn't realize until I arrived at the hotel there wasn't a parking lot or garage, but that parking was valet, and was an additional nightly fee.

The buffet breakfast was good, but I felt expensive ($16.95) considering most hotels have free breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The room had a coffee machine, but there was only 1 cup provided. The room looked out to an alley, where garbage trucks woke us up in the morning.

location was perfect. We could walk to the market and lounges nearby. Restaurants were 5-8 min drive away. The valet team was so professional and handled my car with care

The rooms were a bit dated and had a slight feeling of moisture in the air. The bathroom door is oddly close to the shower. Lastly the towel rack fell off as soon as I put my towel on it.
