We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the Old Quarter and it was in a really great location, in a smaller alley / side street so the commotion of the city was almost none existent. The room was comfortable and clean and they had a water jug downstairs which was very much appreciated, as usually hotels are charging for clean drinking water. We felt very comfortable and like we had found a little private corner in Hanoi. The hotel itself isn’t huge and only 3 rooms per floor so it was very quiet. Would recommend for folks who aren’t wanting to stay at party hostels or backpacking hostel but are still on a backpackers budget. Staff will clean your room everyday if you would like (we didn’t find it necessary except for clean towels).

Honestly, everything was enjoyable. If I had to say anything the drain in the shower didn’t work very well. Bathroom flooded a bit after just a few mins in the shower so wouldn’t recommend leaving clothes or towels on the ground.

The room was really big, with all necessary amenities, a sofa, a desk and a nice decoration! Big shower and occasional a balcony.

Staff could be better: usually not very welcoming and sometimes difficult to communicate. We booked on two occasions and on the second, were told that they had double booked the room (family room), the double one where they offered to move us with a mattress on the floor, actually had an AC that was not working. While they did rebooked us somewhere else (less fancy but comfy) we didn't appreciate the lack of explanation and difficulties to communicate in English made it more painful.

Location is central though closer to the church, around 10 mins walk to the market and nightlife area. Though there are many other eateries, shops within vicinity. The room we booked was rather small and it felt a tad old and claustrophobic, the staff on duty was very friendly and offered us a larger suite at the upper floors with a balcony for plenty of sunlight and much newer and spacious bathrooms, which made our stay a whole lot more comfortable.

Dated corridors and lift facilities within the building, can be a little dark at night on the walkways.

Amazing rô, clean cozy excellent modern deco. Air freshener plug ins in all rooms and hallway. Balcony was amazing on a night for a drink and cig. Massive TV and excellent sound system. In the city centre. The room is cleaned well. Bedding and mattress all checked and all good clean with zero stains. L shape Sofa comfortable, fresh clean excellent. I cannot fault the room. All hallways and floors with new carpet. The contact for the room is a text away, made sure everything was perfect, thank you so so much. He is more than helpful

hotel was really well decorated, staff would do anything for you. laundry services fast and fair price. good value for money, can find cheaper but it’s worth paying the extra for this place.

we booked 3 nights as we arrived in Hanoi around 5am on the first morning. got to the hotel and they had given our room to someone else as it’s their policy past 1am, which is fine and we understood but we had talked to the hotel prior to us arriving letting them know we would be there from 7am(ish). there was a room which had been vacated but hadn’t been cleaned so we would of had to wait for housekeeping to come in to clean the room, we asked for the cleaning products and we did it ourselves as we had been travelling for 2 days at this point.

This was our home base for visiting areas around Hanoi. We planned on staying one night and stayed for 4. Huy was so friendly and accommodating and we certainly felt that we had made a friend when we left. The rooms are perfect in size and the bathroom was great. It would have been nice to have a room with a window but this is very common for this area of the world. The location is awesome, you are right in the center of the old town, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Rooms were very cozy and clean and the mattress was very comfortable. We checked in very late in the night and were well received.

Employees cancelled booking reservation without notice. Room didn't have natural light coming in, the window faces an indoor corridor area. Cleaning staff didn't respect check out times and tried to enter the room before the arranged time. Location is difficult for taxi drop off.

The location of the hotel is great! It is near all of Hanoi tourist attraction points but not noisy at all because it is in an alley. The alley also has all kind of food and services too! The hotel facility and services are all fine.

Soundproof from the inside of the hotel is not great. Sometimes my sleep was disrupted by elevator noise or footsteps.

Didn’t seem at all like a budget hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed. Rooms had complementary water every day and a fridge to store them in. Also included robes, a hairdryer, and soaps and shampoos in the shower.

Our aircon stopped working on the second night of our stay and wasn’t fixed despite asking reception. Luckily the fan function kept working and we still had a comfortable nights sleep.

The room was beautiful, very comfortable. The location is my favourite in Hanoi.

Lots of noises, woke up a few times over night. You hear literally everything from other rooms. And was a very strong smell of durian in the room.
