Our stay was delightful. The staff was really helpful even long before we arrived in Hanoi. They helped our family book domestic flights to Dien Bien Phu, coordinated the online check-in, and booked the sleeping bus tickets for us for the following day. So well organized! In addition, the room was cleaned everyday and the beds were so comfy. Ms. Huyen made sure that we had everything we needed. We could not have had such a great vacation without their help. It meant a lot to us. This level of attention to detail and customer care is very commendable. We will strongly recommend Lullaby Hanoi Hotel and will stay there again in the future. I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I strongly recommend it to you. I hope that people who see this comment will also have a wonderful and pleasant trip in Vietnam.

I have no dissatisfaction

The greatest assets at this hotel are the staff, from the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Every single member of staff were friendly, polite and always smiling. The receptionists were very knowledgeable on the local area and were always on hand to assist us, if required. As soon as we had booked the hotel, we received WhatsApp messages from Huyen to help with transfer from airport to hotel and any excursions we might like to go on. The whole team at the front desk Huyen, Noah, Alex and David were exceptional, as was Hao the bellman and the housekeeping team Mai and Thanh - always service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. They all made our first stay in Vietnam very special.

There wasn’t really anything not to like. OK it isn’t a five star hotel and it could do with a bit of maintenance in places - for example toilet seat was loose and a shelf in the en-suite was wonky, sometimes there was a bit of a whiff from the drains, but did this spoil our stay, absolutely not.

The location is fantastic, between 2 - 5 minutes walk to Train Street depending on one's walking pace. Many eateries a few doors away from the hotel, a delicious bunh cha eatery, banh mi shop, some Vietnamese noodles eateries, many spas, hair salons, cafes, etc. The hotel has a very rustic feel and old world charm. It is very evident the moment one steps inside the lobby. Same goes to the room. Our room is very spacious as it's mean for 3 persons. Well furnished with toiletries, mineral water and the likes. The bed is very comfortable and room is very clean and so is the 🚻. Shower is strong and same goes to the hot water. We were served with a cup of hot tea at the reception, snacks and bananas. Very thoughtful of the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. One of the staff assisted to carry our heavy luggage out to the main road, booked a GrabCar for us and waited until we boarded the car before he return to the hotel. He also assisted to bring our luggage to our room upon check-in too. Though it's just beside a school, the noise did not wake me up from my sleep. I also loved the painting / poster of Long Bien Bridge that was pasted on the wall above the beds.

The 🚻 is a bit cramped. If you sit on the toilet bowl, you're just a mere 3 - 5 inches from touching the wall. A word of caution though. As it's basically quite an old building, the sewerage system may not be able to handle too much toilet tissue being flushed away at one go. It can cause a clog in the toilet bowl. So do need to be careful when using the toilet bowl.

The staff are fantastic here, very welcoming, they looked after us very well all week. Huyen was very helpful and suggested a great massage place, and she booked our transport at the end of the stay. They also have many options for tours in Hanoi and further afield. The room was spacious, and the air con and fridge worked very well. We also enjoyed the balcony with a great view along the street. The location was excellent for us as we wanted to explore the Old Quarter. It was a 2 minute walk to Train Street and a 10 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. There is more than plenty of food and drinks options in the area. The restaurant was closed on site, but breakfast was delivered each morning to our room. The food was delicious. We particularly liked the pho. We were also blown away to receive a birthday cake on my partners birthday. It was a lovely surprise. All in all, an excellent hotel, and we hope to return.

The location is perfect. In the old quarter, but not on a crazy busy street which is nice, as it was quiet in the evenings. They were so accommodating, we booked for our entire stay in Hanoi. We stay the first night, then they held our bags free of charge for a 3 night ha Giang excursion. We stayed another 2 nights and even accommodated a 2:30am check in because we were late back from ha Giang. We the did a 2 night ha long bay/ninh binh excursion, for which they held our bags free of charge, then we stayed our final night in the hotel. Super friendly staff, really flexible and also amazing at responding on WhatsApp. Everyone one of our needs were catered for. Would recommend.

The location was excellent, everything you could need was within walking distance. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Most of all, the staff were so lovely and very attentive. Including the cleaning staff who did a brilliant job servicing our room. We needed to extend our stay due to a medical emergency and they were so accommodating and caring and helpful.

There was a little bit of noise from the street in the early evening but earplugs solved the problem and it did get quiet later at night.

Location was very good in the heart of the old quarter with many restaurants around. Close to the train street within easy walking. Only motorbikes allowed in street outside because of a school. No city noise in bedroom. Tv was disappointing compared to other hotels in Vietnam.

I have reduced mobility so a proper hand rail on stairs would have helped.

Great location in Hanoi, just minutes walk to the train street, and fairly accessible to various attractions in Hanoi. It's a simple hotel with not many facilities but the hotel room is relatively spacious. It met all our expectations of what we thought of this hotel. Would like to thank the hotel staff for their wonderful service especially. The hotel staff helped us with arranging transportation and extra nights of stay when our plans around Hanoi were all disrupted due to Typhoon Yagi. But the service from the staff made the journey less miserable, couldn't ask for more.

Condition of room can see some improvement, eg. some power outlets are coming loose.

We arrived very late in Hanoi, and the receptionist, Viet Anh, was extremely helpful, informative, professional, and efficient in checking us in. We were so tired, but he made the process smooth and easy. Another staff member helped us by taking our luggage to the room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Viet Anh also helped us book an amazing one-day tour in Ha Long and suggested good places for us to eat. The location is fantastic, right in the center of everything—just a 2-3 minute walk to the Railway Coffee and the Old Quarter. It’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again
