Ample family rooms we had ours on the second floor (with seperate shower and toilet), cozy beds, and nice atmosphere from the reception up to the restaurants. Staff was very nice and attentive, really professional

Booring breakfast (lack.of choices), tasteless croissants and huge extra charges for cappuccino/ latte etc. 109'000 VND for a terrible cappuccino ! I do not understand the pricing policy

Perfect location, just a quick walk to the lake. The staff were fab and took the time to chat with you each time you passed through the lobby. A big hello to Don! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool was a welcome relief. Hanoi gets super hot so you need a cool room or pool to see the afternoon through. Amazing mocktails, a good breakfast buffet & inhouse restaurant, and a simple room service menu (a bit pricey). The foyer was a good place to sit and have a cuppa while figuring out your activities for the day. Concierge was excellent. Some incredible restaurants in walking distance to. A good choice for Hanoi if it in your budget.

Would like to see Hotel Tirant adopt some more environmentally friendly options for the water bottles. Instead of plastic water bottles for the rooms, maybe some glass ones that get refilled? Or a refill station? Apart from that, it’s a great hotel

We had a fantastic stay. Check in by Snow was very easy and we were even allowed early access to our room which was very much appreciated after a long flight. The hotel is very well kept and the staff were all incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the street. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety. The local special each day was delicious. Chester ensured things ran very smoothly. I recommend a morning walk around nearby Hoan Kiem Lake to see the locals going about their entertaining morning exercise routines. We would love to stay here again when we return to Hanoi

Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Firstly it is located in the heart of old quarters and you will find literally Everything at a walking distance. Secondly the rooms are wonderful and as shown on the site. They are clean and come with all necessary amenities. Thirdly the rooftop restaurant "Skyline" has amazing food and drinks. You can get a great view of the city, bridges, rivers and lakes from there. There is also a very nice pool there. Fourthly, the staff is exceptional. They are very helpful and helped us out in every way possible. I want to especially mention Ken at the reception and Hana who helped me book an amazing trip to Halong Bay. They agreed to keep my luggage till I return and even offered me a complimentary airport drop off. I definitely recommend you to write to them for any requests you have. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would never think twice before booking it for my next visit

Absolutely nothing.

Staff were lovely and the hotel was beautifully clean - the lilies in reception smell so good! Breakfast was nice, not as good as some of the other hotels on our trip, but still plenty of choice and big room with great views! Pool smaller than expected but we had it to ourselves most of our stay! Location is good for old quarter, I just wanted it to be slightly quieter

We asked for a quiet room and I'm sure it was the best they had, but the window didn't fully fit the frame so some street noise. The blind didn't fit so we were woken by the light around 6am most days

The location was excellent, very close to major sites and the Old Quarter. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with lovely toiletries and robes in the room. Staff were friendly, the breakfast had an excellent selection. The spa was also great, if a little expensive comparable to other massages in the area, but with a great selection of treatments.

The pool was lovely to cool off after a hot day in Hanoi. There were only a few daybeds because of the small size of the area, and these were mainly monopolised by people reserving a daybed for each of their small children, who were in the pool the whole time. This is not the hotel's fault, but if you are coming here then please don't do this.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a quaint French charm. Travelling with 3 young children can be a challenging but this hotel had a lot to keep them occupied. Highlights of this hotel is the attentive staff. From the moment you step through the doors you are greeted with smiles. Everyone is so attentive and helpful. Special mention to Chester who is amazing with his local knowledge and service. Every morning we would start with buffet breakfast and Chester would be able to help plan activities, sights and places to eat. He also makes amazing coffee for those who needing a caffeine fix.

My room was lovely with a great bed, great TV, free standing bath tub and a nice balcony. The spa is good and reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. A great plus for anyone arriving after a long flight or a lot of traveling. The location is perfect. The old town is at your feet and the lake steps away. The lake is vibrant with all sorts of activities going on day and night. The Thang Long water puppet theater is minutes away and shouldn't be missed. Everywhere else is easy to get to via Grab for a very reasonable price. The rooftop bar/restaurant and pool is great. The staff is terrific and it's a great place to unwind after a fun (but hot) day in Hanoi.

Very good location, sometimes quite noisy outside, but it becomes quite after 10:00 pm. There are plenty of places to shop and dine, and some tourist spots are just 5-10 mins away. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Breakfast is excellent, and you can have it on 13rd floor with a nice view. Restaurant staffs are equally friendly and offer good service. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and kept very clean. I liked the furniture and the interior of the room very much. If you have a terrace, you can equally enjoy it. I enjoyed a comfortable stay since every time I had a contact with one of the staffs, they offered very good service with kindness.

Nothing.

We can definitely recommend the Hotel. It is centrally located in the middle of the old quarter of Hanoi. It is by far the highest building in town, so you enjoy a stunning view from the rooftop terrace. That is very special, there is even a swimming pool to use. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. From the balcony you can see the lake with the temple. Hanoi is a very busy and noisy city but even though the hotel is centrally located the street is pretty quiet. During the weekend there is live music playing underneath but at 10 pm it's over and then it is the pretty quiet. The breakfast buffet is also great. Lots of Western and Vietnamese choices and the service and staff is great. They look out for every wish. I would come here again and even if you do not decide to sleep here, the rooftop restaurant is a must for your Hanoi visit.

The only thing to be aware of is that the room 1212 is below the restaurant/breakfast buffet. So there will be noise until 10 pm and starting from 06:30. The staff is really trying to keep it quiet but one room must be on this floor:) it didn't bother us because we wake up early anyway due to our little daughter. If you want to sleep long in the morning just ask for a room which is not directly below the restaurant. The view from the room is stunning though. The room itself is great!
