Everything is well prepared and arranged by Peter and his colleagues. Peter was very patient with us and our booking, he made the changes happen although the fault was on our end. He guides us with local information - for example don't take taxi from the drop off point, just walk 2-3 mins, or the airport transfer will pick us from the hotel. Even when Peter is not around, his colleagues at the front desk always helpful on how to go around. like when we ask how to get to the famous Pho 10 shop recommended by our tour guide. Breakfast preparation timely, room, amenities kept clean always. if i go to Hanoi, definitely want to come back. Great location to go around.

This small, cozy, quiet hotel is nestled in the best location in the old quarter. They have a 24 hr reception, and storage facilities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My room was a good size, very clean, with all the amenities. There’s a kettle, and supplies to make teas & coffees. The breakfast is lovely. They have a travel guide on site, very helpful for booking tours, he organised a taxi to the airport for me. Very happy with my stay here.

The staff were helpful; we were able to arrive late, and they upgraded one of our rooms for free. The rooms are clean, and they provide free coffee, tea, and water. They also offer tours and transportation services, which is nice. They speak English very well and are friendly.

The staff communicated directly via WhatsApp and occasionally asked for a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. We felt somewhat pressured to comply and only received a taxi discount after showing them the review, which felt a bit like influencing feedback. Fortunately, with two bookings, I can now provide an honest review. The rooms lacked a view and were humid, and the staff, while well-meaning, could be a bit intrusive, especially when offering assistance with booking transportation or tours through the hotel. Despite these issues, I would still recommend staying here, even though it may be slightly more expensive than other options.

My overall stay here was memorable! <3 The staff are very approachable and kind. Special shoutout to the hotel staff: Peter and Eli! For the excellent customer service they provide! From the day we arrived, they’ve welcome us with a great smile. They’ve been very attentive listening to our needs and made sure we had amazing and comfortable stay. Aviary Hanoi Hotel is also a great location and walking distance to most tourist attractions. Please continue going above and beyond for the great service you offer. I would definitely recommend your hotel to my family/friends who would like to visit Hanoi in the future. 🙂

Location is perfect in the heart of old quarter in a small Alley where you don’t hear the street noise at night ! The staff were amazing , Peter the manager was very attentive , took care of all my needs and arranged an Amazing trip for me to Ninh Binh at excellent price ! Perfect for what we needed, a 1 night stay. We had a room with no window as expected. It was simple as we just needed a place to sleep and had a flight very early the next day. Bed was firm which we liked. We couldn't figure out how to turn the lights off without losing power to charge our phones and the staff were extremely helpful to point out the light switch hidden by the bed head. We left too early to try the breakfast. The gates were locked for security when we left at 5:30am, we had to wake the poor staff to let us out but good to know how secure the hotel is. Peter thr Manager was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. He gave us some recommendations for food and will go out of his way to help in any way and make your time in Hanoi enjoyable.

All the staff at the Front Desk was very helpful. Mr Peter in particular, advised us for a few activities and helped us to book one day trip to Ha Long Bay. He took care of our taxi for the departure and looked after our luggage when we needed it. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi, since the position is also very good.

Very friendly and interested staff who were helpful at all times. We got a free upgrade and had a cozy room. The breakfast was great, there was a large selection and everything could be customized. We really enjoyed everything there :)

The staff are super helpful and always greet me well. The location is right in the middle of the old quarter, so it is very convenient to walk around to the lake or find places to eat. Breakfast options at the hotel are also good. You can enjoy the local menu and the Western comfort food.

Great location in centre, everything in old quarter is right outside the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had all the toiletries including toothbrush, shaving kit, etc.
