It was a new hotel, the staff were great. The room was clean and the kitchen was handy.

The room I had wasn’t the original room as I had mobility issues. I changed with my daughter as she had a king with a walk in shower. The shower was super slippery and I was nervous going in. It was not worth 2 1/2 times what the queen suite and kitchen was worth.

I loved how clean and. Ew the hotel was. The gym and the pool are very nice. Our room was extremely clean and nicely decorated the bed comfortable. The management team was extremely understanding and accommodating when we explained the fire alarm was waking our baby up to which she allowed us to leave without charging us a second night. I will absolutely stay here again once the new hotel kinks have been worked out it’s going to be perfect!

A breakfast would be. Nice touch however not necessary as th et do have a Cora’s right down the street

No breakfast provided free of charge, but did offer a 20% discount for the hotel breakfast.

Missed cleaning our room two days out of four days of our stay. Had to remind them. They didn't offer any discounts for this.

Hotel is new, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast was good but I was a little taken aback when the waiter told my wife and I that coffee/tea refills were not included in the breakfast and we would be charged for refills. The hotel told us that the restaurant was run by a third party but that they would look into my complaint.

Room was spacious, grab bars in bathroom and soap and shampoo on wall a very good idea. Kitchenette was convenient specially when traveling with kids.

Electric cook top was not working but there was microwave so, it was good still.

Location was central, close to everything plus Superstore is just right across the street if you need something.

What did I not like? Nothing. New hotel, great amenities and great staff, I love everything. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Vernon for business.

The hotel is fairly new, therefore beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice bathroom with good lighting including a separate make-up mirror. No tub but nice larger shower. Lots of towels provided. Check in and out was efficient and quick. Hotel was very quiet overall.

No Breakfast. No dark coffee, fridge but no ice or cold water. Good location but in and around to get to…. Pleasant staff and easy check in and out

We did not have breakfast as they charged $15 per person

Could have had a continental breakfast Chlorine in pool was very strong- burned the kids skin

The best hotel in Canada, where we stayed. Free coffee in the morning was a wonderful addition to our stay.
