Fabulous hotel in the heart of KLCC! The city skyline views from the 38th-floor restaurant directly below the hotel reception are a sight to behold. The room that my wife and I stayed in (King Room with Tower View) has excellent views of KLCC. The room is very large and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a bathtub as well as a privacy screen that can be activated with a switch. The room has a separate toilet that is situated opposite the bathroom. The swimming pool is modern, well-designed, and located next to a Barbie Cafe, which only accepts pre-bookings. The gym looked clean and well-equipped despite not having had the time to use it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay there. Overall, an excellent hotel that is totally worth the price paid.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.

Actually everything was nice. It would have been nice to have a smart TV though to be able to connect it to the mobile phone. Also, the toilet flush was quite weak. Apart from that, nothing to complain.

great location, spacious and very comfortable rooms, truly amazing breakfast. the pool is great. walk in wardrobe is fantastic in the room.

having instant Nescafé as a coffee option in the room was a bit surprising for a fiver star hotel. a little dated in terms of finishes in the room, can tell the hotel is not new.

Liked the room, location and one of the best breakfasts for hotels

It was very busy and although the staff did their best to get me a room on time, it was quite stressful to be waiting at the lobby while my wife was in a rush to get to an event and my baby daughter was sleeping on my shoulders.

Centrally located in KL city centre in between the famous Petronas Twin Towers & KL Convention Centre. Free shuttle or buggy rides would be better considering hot & humid wheather and people with kids or limited mobility. Lobby located in Level 39 served by express lifts from the Ground Floor. It's a bit awkward to be so high up to check-in then go down to your room using different elevator. It would also be troublesome to go back to Ground Floor when you have to go high up to change lifts. Room's size is huge considering its location really value for money with ample mineral water in room and top notch quality lines and facilities Breakfast spread at Thity8 is to die for! Freshly baked bread & pastries paired with good coffee & eggs really make your day. Local food are equally delish

-free buggy or shuttle service to Suria KLCC would be excellent - Sky lobby make it troublesome to go to Ground Floor as need to change lifts

Lovely staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the area or how to use hotel facilities. The breakfast was varied, with Malaysian, western and continental options. Some items were rotated, whilst others were consistently available. My particular room had a lovely view of the towers, with view of the waterworks show that occurs in front of it. It's a short walk to visit the towers yourself if you would prefer.

The elevator system is unusual. If you want to leave, you have to go into one lift to the top floor. Then you transfer to another lift, which goes down to the entrance. The reverse for when you return. There were signs of wear and tear in my room. I didn't consider this a hindrance however.

Excellent breakfast, it is hard to imagine better. Comfortable bed. A lot of space in the room. Very convenient check-in/check-out process. Coffee machine in the room. Nice views!

Some stranges: looks like some amenities are not thought out: 1. Huge hall on the ground floor but not enough sitting places: sometimes you will wait taxi on your feet. 2. From one side of the bed a single electric socket, but from another two USB-A outs and difficult to reach socket under the table. Really? USB-A in the expensive 5 star hotel where everyone has the latest iPhone?)) 3. Electric sockets not enough. 4. Transparent bathroom. One side you can switch to opaque, but another you can’t and can’t lock up it too. Bad idea for couple with kid for example. 5. Glass working table. Nice but if you prefer a mouse over a touchpad…

Best hotel we have stayed in (7 nigjts in May2023) - amazing location in KL (connected to Suria KLCC via underpass and Pavillion mall via overpass - all walkable and pram friendly) - hotel staff was ready to serve and with care which was more impressive given the fact that the hotel was fully booked - the room and the buffets were nothing short of AMAZING(!!!!!) and the 360 degree views were breathtaking (especially at night when the Petrona Twin Towers are lit up to showcase its glory). Our 2 kids under 5 loved it too!! I will not be looking at any other hotels when I return back to KL and neither should you - if available then book the Grand Hyatt - trust me you won’t go wrong!

Great facilities, convenience of it all, amazing location! Enjoyed the pool area, beautiful trees surrounding the pool side. Check in and concierge staff were great!

The staff at Thirty8 restaurant were not friendly, not welcoming and quite dismissive. Went at 3pm to book for a 7pm dinner slot for one. They just said they were fully booked without checking the system. Upon further request and after mentioning that I was an in-house guest, they said they could put me in for a 9pm slot because I was dining alone. Got there at 9pm, saw more than half the restaurant empty. This was on a Wednesday evening. Same thing happened in the morning with breakfast, was asked to wait 15 minutes for a table or sit by the bar since I was dining alone. Spotted two empty tables that could fit me so I had to question further before they relented. Other staff members - Concierge, reception etc were absolutely lovely, big smiles and cheerful!

Was greeted with smiles all around the moment I walked thru the doors of the lobby and was received by hospitable and friendly staff at the check in area. The hotel itself has very good sanitation and this is very important as many people enter and leave. The room we stayed in was very luxurious for the price I paid and my son never wanted to leave when it was time to go. I liked that there was segregation between the shower, vanity and WC. There was even a mini “walk in wardrobe” the entire layout of the room we stayed in was just very grand. I asked whether I could be given a complimentary cake for my sons birthday and the hotel kindly provided us with a decent Size chocolate mousse cake! I will definitely stay with grand Hyatt the next time I visit KL. THANK YOU GH for this superb experience in ur hotel.

The layout of the hotel is abit weird as we have to take 2 lifts to leave the hotel and enter our rooms as the main lobby is on the top floor but overall this hotel was the highlight of my trip. Thank you grand Hyatt kl <3
