room was clean. got tv, Netflix and Internet. Kitchen has everything. So good. The night view of KLCC was so amazing. The room is facing KLCC. two rooms facing KLCC. Bed are also comfortable.

There is hidden charges, I have to pay for the taxes MYR70++ and also have to pay for the parking MYR20 and there is MYR200 deposit. The parking is so smalllllllll. A bit pricy for the stay. Water heater is also not working. so cold. the location is abit confusing by the waze.

- Got washing machine & cloth hanger in apartment is extra boost for me.. (no need go cari laundry during cuti2) - the lift is super fast - no need to wait for long time - strategic location - especially morning, just walk around 5min to buy nasi lemak panas2, kuih for breakfast

- machine dryer not function.. but its ok - parking area to small . hard to park car with mpv car

The location was the best, the apartment was good, but could have been better, no restaurants inside the building were a challenge, and most of the time the shop in the building was closed, but 7eleven on the ground floor was convenient. We had to move twice due to changes to the plan but was assisted by the staff well. All in all, we can recommend the place to others, best is the location, which is within walking distance to KLCC, a short drive to Bukit Bintang, KL Tower etc.

The cleaning service was not consistent and had no channels in the TV, the WIFI was not great, as sometimes the connection drops.

Location is fantastic, good thing is that I can cook inside room. Pork free unit. I had a wonderful time there with Vortex KLCC by Homestay. Management is very professional.

The safety of the place and near to every spot. I'm on business trip at first n leave my family at home. There's convenience store downstairs but maybe can suggest to have ready to eat food.

The basin was stuck and the reception guy who supposed to wait for us, missing in action. Caused us waiting for almost an hour b4 check in. Other than that, everything was fine.

*Location are really near to the klcc and kl tower. *High floor room *Very clean and sanitized room. *Smart tv and tv box with free wifi provided. *Netflix provided 🥰🥰 *Washing machine and drying machine also have, I am so happy to have it , I could clean my dirty cloth 😊. Thanks to Mr Liton to being so humble and professional.Very fast checkin and checkout.Host are very attentive, always answer my questions immediately. Very nice apartment with all one can need. Aircon, two bathrooms, water filter, washing machine. And it is very close to the Petronas and the Telecom tower. And excellent views. We enjoyed our stay. Access and communication with ownership was easy.
