Enjoyed the location, bed, and privacy/quietness of the hotel. The staff was nice and did not bother us. The housekeeper did not come in during our 3-night stay (we preferred that because we kept a dnd on our doorknob) but the room was exceedingly clean upon arrival. Also enjoyed the one-time $50 deposit held for pets or smoking because it was simple and returned to us at checkout.

No vending machines sucked in late or early hours. The pool being down (what seemed to be permanent) was something I also wish I would have known. We had a bottom floor room and it looked like the windows used to be glass doors out to the pool that no longer is open. The hotel was nice but low budget, as expected.

The staff were VERY nice and friendly. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a good TV. I was led to believe there wasn't breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised to find there were a number of items like bagels, cereal, and OJ. Bonus!

Some people would say it's a bit outdated, but I have no problem with that. Our room was about far from the elevators, a problem only because I'm in my seventies. So I learned from this to request a room closer to the elevator. That is the only criticism I have, everything was great.

Very friendly people and very helpful

The pool was outdoor only, so it wasn't open. Also the restaurant inside the hotel wasn't open, which was a bummer. Also I had 2 queen beds or full beds,I can't remember which....I only had 2 towels, most 2 bedroom hotels give 4 towels. It was my 2 kids and me, so 2 towels wasn't enough, I had to go up to the desk and ask for more. Also wasn't enough soap,shampoo or conditioner, had to go to the desk and ask for more. No refrigerator, which also was a bummer.

The motel is very quiet being in an industrial office area. Although remote from restaurants, it is quite close to the airport. The room was well furnished and the WiFi worked.

Breakfast was Spartan, very basic. No fruit and no hot entrees. I have no idea where one would have to go for dinner if you arrived hungry. And althought we booked it because of it's proximity to the airport, it does not offer a shuttle bus to the airport.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me rebook after realizing I had made a booking mistake. They were courteous. The location was very quiet.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud, but it worked fine. I was not able to find a weather channel on the TV. The location is kind of remote--it's not difficult to find, but it is not conveniently located near any other stores or restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and check in was smooth and easy. Location was good as well. Bed was comfortable, everything in room worked well (TV, AC, microwave and fridge). Good water pressure in shower.

Could hear a lot of noises from other rooms. Bathroom wasn't very well cleaned either.

When our flight was canceled, they were able to accommodate our change in the stay dates.

No restaurant, and had a difficult time finding delivery to location. Need charging ports for phones.

Nice big bed.

The fridge in room 330 hummed loud all night. You have to be "short" to make it under the shower head. The room needs outlets near the bed. No clocks in the room.

Amazing stay for the price. great room, bed, new ac. simple check in. 10 min to the airport. had a snacks section to purchase and coffee available 24/7

it needed some maintenance, but really minor details.

We always have trouble with the key card! The back door rarely works with the key card. We even had trouble getting into our room. After a few tries it worked.
