Quiet and nice place, with a good location near several shopping areas and restaurants. It felt safe and secure. The parking has no additional fee, and Sonesta offers a good breakfast. All the people working at the hotel, restaurant, and in room service were very nice and polite. The place also offers brochures of different activities that can be done in the county and surrounding areas. The room temperature is good, and the kitchen has all the stuff needed to prepare some meals there. The Wi-Fi is also very reliable and stable.

The TV could have been more modern and could have included a cast device.

The location was good. Even though we were in a large city, we couldn’t hear the traffic. it was clean and the staff was pleasant as well. Being able to find a two room suite was a plus, as it enabled those of our party to be in one area together, saving time and money.

The side entrance was very muggy and warm and also stank. People smoke in that area and it smelled like it was a forgotten part of the hotel and hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. The beds were a little hard.

had to lift the toilet seat to close the door to the bathroom otherwise we couldn’t close it. hotel also charged me twice and initially gave the a refund, but charged my account again. never got my money back essentially paying 300 for 1 night

Quiet neighborhood, ample parking, and the room was fantastic. Nice sized room, 2 br, 2 ba, separate living room and kitchen area. And the price was great, I actually canceled my other reservation to book here because it was $400 less and much bigger with better amenities

The only thing that I didn't like was the supplies available in the kitchen, they were very limited and very worn out

We drove 4 hours to get to the hotel when we got there the man in the office said that our room was canceled and had already given our room away we proved on our booking account that our room was not canceled he gave us an upgrade man was very polite and understanding thank you so much for working with us!

I liked the location. It's very close to supermarket and convenient to places.

Location was great, staff was very friendly. They made us feel at home and each one always had a smile on their face. Customer Service is a joke now a days but the customer service here was EXCELLENT!! THANKS for making our stay great.

Our key card had to keep being reset. The key pad to our door probably needs an upgrade.

the location for our trip was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and everyone we met working there was very friendly and accommodating. local area restaurants are fantastic.

there was no dish tab or dish soap in the suite to do the dishes we had to ask for it. but it was just a minor inconvenience.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Attentive and friendly staff who did what they promised. Great breakfast hours and selection of hot and cold foods.

The pool was open but very dirty, so we didn't get to use it.

Very friendly staff, I believe Claire helped us when we checked in and she was very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were happy despite an out of control situation they had. The basketball court and BBQ area is nice as well. The Breakfast is small but I can tell that PRE Covid they had a nice set up, still the quick grab selection was good and the coffee was hot!! The little market was perfect for a late night snack. Food was close by and easy access to the freeway as well!! Pool was nice and big but too cold for me!!

Having the ability to open the window and get fresh air is something people enjoy, it would have been nice to open the window but they were both sealed shut. The kitchen is nice but you need at least a pan or two to be able to cook, however everything else was there for me to use (cups, bowls, plates, utensils). The room had a faint smell of pets but I should have asked if there was rooms that they didn't place pets in. BUT it was not bad because I would hav had them move me! Side note.. I only heard the neighbors dog when I was walking down the hall, never in my room so that was a Plus!!
