conveniently located on I-5. The desk attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. the beds were clean and comfortable.

few minor housekeeping items that I noticed: the shower head had calcium build up, the floor was gritty and didnt look like it had been cleaned, there was a large crack in the tile of the shower (not a comfort issue for us but you may want to address that to save yourself hassle in the future).

They have done some updates and with that there is no carpet (I love that). We had a kingsize bed room and it was very spacious. It had a recliner, table and chairs, good size fridge, and microwave. The bed was comfortable too. Our air-conditioning went out and they had it replaced by the time we returned from our event. All said we would stay here again.

The ABVI chain can vary widely from location to location, but this was one of the nicest, cleanest, and best-equipped I've seen.

Rooms on the backside of the motel are shielded from I-5 truck noise, but you get a lot of idling truck noise from the neighboring truckstop. Also, the controls on the HVAC unit were a bit fussy.

Location is a bit odd to get to when coming off the freeway. The room was very clean, slightly outdated. The staff was extremely nice and offered me a larger suite if I was interested. I was happy when I was accommodated a ground floor with parking right in front of it. The bed is very comfortable and there were a generous amount of towels available.

Outdated decor. Extremely small television which is a distance from the bed so hard to watch when falling asleep.

Person who Checked us in was nice. Nice room.

Location of hotel. Truck stop. Soda machine took my money and did not give me my change. Checkout man was a bit bothered by us, had to request a receipt.

It was available at a reasonable price. It was a place to sleep.

Not easily accessible…confusing entrance. Front desk person: not particularly helpful. It wasn’t a friendly experience.

I looked for information about where the breakfast was but couldn’t find any information so we went to McDonald’s.

Comfortable bed and quiet.

Location was good, room was clean and comfortable.

desk lady didn’t have a personality, people smoking right outside their doors.

The only thing I didn't like is that I had to put 200 dollars down because I am A local. I understand why but I think 200 is a bit much and Especially wanting cash
