The Inn is nicely located near the airport, yet it is very quiet. I had a dog, and the entire lower floor is okay for dogs. No worries about occasional barking, or walking the pet at odd hours. Guests without pets are on different floors. The staff is very helpful, and kind. There is a connected restaurant/pub which also does room service. That was really helpful, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a meal and dealing with dog.

It is an older property, maybe 40 years, so it could use a renovation of old carpet, and improving wiring. Had problems with TV connectivity, and computers.

The room was spacious and relatively comfortable. I appreciated the office chair for the desk very much, instead of chairs that are way too low to work comfortably. It was well lit and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. Housekeeping was polite and friendly and was happy to provide extra coffee pods, no questions asked. One staff member offered to get a wheelchair for my husband when she saw him walking unbalanced. He had just tripped over me but she did not see it. She stayed with us until she was satisfied he was OK and was walking normally. I wish I had gotten her name so as to give her the recognition she deserves. I never saw her after the first day. We ate breakfast in the restaurant. It was very good and the staff took excellent care of us.

The non-slip strips in the bathtub were worn and I slipped climbing in to take a shower. The shower head was not running as well as it could have. The glass shade in the table lamp was extremely dusty. It would have been nice to have a second chair in the room as there was only one. When we had coffee in the morning one of us either had to stand or sit on the bed.

Great hotel! Definitely dated but clean. Very friendly, helpful staff and close to so many restraunts, shopping and fun! We didn't eat at the restraunts on site or use some of the other facilities but the pool was perfect and we loved that it was indoors because it was cold while we were there so my kids could still swim. I would choose to stay here again and would recommend to anyone else.

The rooms are dated but that's not a huge complaint of mine because they are clean and that's all I ask for. It is difficult to get in and out of it because the roads are weird around the area but after a day we had it down pretty good.

I had three very heavy suitcases and I was struggling to get them downstairs early in the morning to go to my flight and I had to leave one upstairs in the hallway and the manager at the desk was nice enough to go up and get that third suitcase for me and bring it down to me. He certainly went above and beyond expectations to help me with that heavy suitcase. Also during the night I decided to take a bath and there was no stopper in the tub and I called down to the front desk and he sent up the maintenance man who found a stopper that worked so I was able to take a bath. They were very accommodating. I had left my blood pressure monitor cuff there and they called and said they would send it.

We didn't eat as we were on a hectic schedule. We were attending a wedding and best man and ring bearer were in the same room. We requested a later check out to get dressed for wedding and they were very friendly and accommodating

The pillows were a bit too firm for me but otherwise everything was EXCELLENT!

Very clean room, especially for a pet friendly room. The location was great, the price was reasonable, including the per night pet fee. Will stay again whenever we are back in town! Enjoyed the bar and grill next-door as well for happy hour.

If breakfast at the bar and grill can have more vegetarian and vegan options. We didn't utilize our breakfast discount coupons because there wasn't anything on the menu with no eggs or meat. Veggie sausage links/patties, veggies and potatoes is all you need, throwing it out there. :)

Gosh, wish I remembered her name, but she was fantastic and sweet, even when I had checked in very late. (Keep up the great work) Room was clean, quiet and bed was super comfy . Was very thankful for that due to my crazy work schedule. Food was ehh, service was great though. (had healthy on one day.....it was good, other morning chicken fried steak...wasnt a fan of the gravy, hash browns were great n eggs too. Thankful for the restaurant was there, so convenient to start my busy day.

First of all, we brought our dogs with us. The first floor is the "pet" floor and I liked the convenience of being able to easily take dogs out and not hassle with elevators. There are plenty of grassy areas for them as well. The rooms are huge!!! And comfortable. There is a bar sink. The check in staff was so friendly and helpful. I really really like this facility. I will definitely be back!!

So far, there is nothing that I don't like.

Our room was quite comfortable and clean. The room coffee service was very good. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast.

The bed had a mattress pad that slid all over under the sheet and piled up, which wasn't too comfortable. The shower nozzle had a narrow stream of water so you had to move around a lot to get clean. The A/C blew into the room and made it very drafty when it was on.

Large, clean rooms. Good value. Quiet on the top floor. Dogs allowed on the ground floor...maybe we'll bring ours next time. Refrigerator and microwave so took the fixings for our own breakfast. Adjoining restaurant and bar were convenient for dinner...good basic food.
