The property was very clean & well maintained. The pool area was nice. The 1 bedroom reimagined king suite was very spacious and up to date. Bed slept comfortably.

Parking was awful. Limited spaces plus $31.95 per night. Didn’t make any sense when there is already a resort charge. There was an conference being held at the property. Which made finding a parking space difficult. Stayed in Tower 1 had to park by Tower 3 and walk around to Tower 1. Also 2 bottles of Fiji water inside the room was $7 a bottle that was a ridiculous & unnecessary hidden charges.

nice and a lot to do on the property. 1 jacuzzi was closed and the other was dirty and was cold !!

all the hidden fees where terrible. I received a receipt upon checkout and GEESH it was all kinda stuff on that bill smh. it was really just over priced and the end of the day.

Close to Disneyland, helpful staff, very good cleaning service, very big parking area, spacious room

although the hotel is quite expensive, it does not provide free water for guests; there were 2 bottles of water in the room, which were extra charged if you chose to take them - this is disappointing...

This is a great hotel, is family friendly, clean,staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, no nned to go out of the hotel to grab a bite or have breakfast; which is a plus. The price was just right for the room.

I hate paying extra fees at the end... resort fee, parking fee, why not just add it to the whole night stay price and let people decide if they want to stay according to their budget. Dping that resort fee and parking fee is annoying and confussing for some.

Well I left my hair curler and dryer when we checked out accidentally. I called the hotel about 30 mins after we left and we’re essentially Told that “ whatever the staff decides to hand in you’ll get back” . So after leaving a $60 tip and some beers I guess the staff decided to keep the belongings. Oh well

Installations are beautifully kept! food is good, common areas are clean and staff is friendly and polite! conveniently located close to all mayor parks!

I wish they had an all inclusive option and that parking was included in the price!

The Tower common areas were clean and smelled good. Rooms were spacious even for a family of five. The entire staff seemed happy and accommodating at every turn.

The pricing for food and beverage was laughably high: A cheese and bacon omelette, cup of grits, a biscuit and coffee is not worth $37 plus a $5.76 “service charge” (before tax & tip). $18 for a strawberry daiquiri at Calypso, plus service charge, plus tax, plus the expected tip. These are real examples of the pricing as of June 21st, 2023. I travel extensively and, yes, I fully understand and agree that there should be an upcharge for the convenience of being able to eat on property. But these prices actually caused my family and I to leave property for meals 2-3 times per day. Just lower those costs 10-15%, so guests can at least pretend that you’re not gouging them.

The location was great. Property is beautiful. We stayed in a suite with a pool view. Room was very clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Didn’t like the fact we had to pay almost $30 for parking, and the breakfast was $25 per person. Parking and breakfast were excessively expensive in my opinion

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the room's decor and furnishings added a touch of luxury, making me feel pampered throughout my stay.

Food and drink prices were high. I expected more for the amount I paid, but the servings were small and left me feeling unsatisfied. It was clear that the focus was on charging a premium rather than providing value for money.
