The room is actually set up like a small apartment. Sitting area, kitchen with real plates and stovetop, and all very comfortable. The rooms were nice in size and cleanliness. It is someplace which would be really nice if needing to stay a while and you didn't want to have to go out all the time.

They no longer offer breakfast. There was no alternative offered for the lack of breakfast, but I don't know if they have made alterations to the cost of the rooms to compensate for the removal of it.

Facility was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Property was conveniently located near food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

They were sealing the parking lots during our stay- parking was not very convenient. Once completed there was adequate parking for all guests.

We stayed in a different hotel the last time we went down to visit our grandson, but we were extremely disappointed with that hotel. We are definitely sticking with this hotel for the location, cleanliness and staff.

Would have liked them to offer complimentary breakfast like other hotels.

No Pool but was able to use the one next door, it just inconvenient to take a child to. The room did not have a separation between the couch area and the bed area for privacy. We were in a handicapped room as there were no others available. And the other rooms may have them.

The room was spacious and very clean. My husband really liked the recliner it made him feel right at home. I loved the comfortable bed and the kitchen amenities. OH and they had a full size fridge which was a plus as well.

We did not like that we were on the first floor. And they gave us a handicap room becuase they were booked up! And they are pet friendly so around 8 or 9 am I was woken up by a dog barking in the hallway.

Pretty much everything regarding the room, location and friendliness of the staff.

It was advertised as having a breakfast for a $2 fee per person; however, we were advised breakfast had been discontinued over a year ago. This should be corrected on the website.

This is a business hotel, AND we knew going in. They offer business services and do that well. If you you are looking for a pool and hot tub stay somewhere else. They do what they do and they do it well. Its great for a one night stay which is what ours was. Rates seem to cheaper here on weekends - so its a good option for those passing through, IF i had to complain about one thing- The TV STATIONS are horrible- they should really upgrade, but on the flip side of that it keeps prices down.

Good location, close to town and nature.

Noise of AC could have been more silent (i sleep without but not all people around me did this)

The cleanliness was top notch. And the staff was welcoming and helpful. Shout out to the head woman in charge of the cleaning (I didn't get her name) and Amanda at the front desk. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

Check in time was supposed to be at 3:00...My room wasn't available until 4:30 (and actually, they switched my room to one that was available at 4:30).
