Item selection and location were both quite good.However you might extend the time limits on breakfast.Some people like to sleep in.

The inside locks on the door to the bathroom and door to the room were both a little sketchy. Not in keeping with the image the hotel is trying to project.

They allowed kids to charge snacks and or food to our food and I asked them not to do that. The lady at the front desk said she would not allow them to charge anything to my room but someone let them anyways.

Not much. I kinda wished the parking lot in front of the hotel wasn't roped off at the time for painting, but it's understandable.

Hotel smelled great! Nice and clean. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was large and comfortable. TV was bigger which was really nice! The sheets were amazingly soft!!! Most hotels have itchy sheets but these were wonderful. The pillows could have a little more firm option, they're all really soft, but we made it work. We had a really nice stay, definitely would stay again!

The pool was great being inside! But it was ICE COLD!! Our coffee machine was also missing the cup that holds the coffee so was unusable.

it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, very good location

we was placed near the front lobby. it was pretty loud with the bar area being right there and in return our dog and baby didn’t like the noise so we constantly was trying to keep them calm.

Bed was average at best....bottom sheet would not stay tucked in...too short for large king bed. Also, when I Googled property "bookings.com" came up and price was higher than direct cost at hotel. Also, because of this no HHonors points because of 3rd party booking....not good and no notice to this fact.

Nice, clean facility, friendly staff, roomy and clean room. We liked how dark it stayed, even in the morning. The little kitchenette was an added bonus!

Everything was pretty great, the only thing I would say is that there was quite a bit of outside noise.

The property was clean and suite was perfect for our family stay. it was also very close to Mamouth Cave activities and restaurants.

My grandchildren visited the pool several times due to attractions in the area closed due to weather. We were told the pool was kept at 85 but that must have been the temp in the pool area and not the pool as all the children were shivering and lips turning blue due to water being too cold. We brought it to the attention of the guy that maintains pool and he said temp was 82 but it appeared much cooler. That was the only negative to our experience there.

The night front desk clerk had zero personality and reluctantly made and effort to find me an ice bucket. Clearly did not care one way or the other.
