We enjoyed our first floor room with easy access to our car and the spacious and clean bathroom. It was nice to have coffee available in the room, however, we were able to get coffee with our breakfast up in the office area. I am specially grateful that my drivers license was found and mailed back to me! After showing it upon check-in, I somehow left it with the room keys/cards in our room, the cleaning staff found it, and someone from the hotel, mailed it back to me after I called and inquired. Thank you very much for this kindness. I also enjoyed being able to walk in the pool area to get in some steps. I’m sure it will be much nicer once all those rooms have had the remodeling completed.

The mattress in room 107 did not quite extend all the way to the metal supports on the far side of the bed… That means there are two metal supports sticking out on the side of the bed. I managed to hit each of them, once, with my ankle, resulting in a bruise before I placed pillows over them, so I could avoid them for the remainder of our stay.

Decent! Hotel was almost empty. Desk person was friendly, told us the facility was under renovation. Our room was clean, beds were comfy. The place was very quiet because there were only a few guests. The pools were closed, but they looked inviting. The free breakfast was good... standard make your own waffles, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, pastries. Within walking distance there's a Waffle House, Applebee's, Crackerbarrel.

The room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I stopped here en route to and from our vacation destination. Good location just off the highway and plenty of restaurants very close by to eat at. Not to mention having a gas station right next door for snacks and early morning gas up was a big plus. The pool and spa were nice and the water was clean and clear with complimentary bath towels. All and all a really nice stay for the price.

Very nice stay, a quiet location and good wifi for streaming entertainment. Gas and food really close and beautiful mountain scenery.

the clerk at the front desk was very nice and super helpful!! our room was very clean. the plants in the pool area were amazing!!

the inside hallways and all windows need some cleaning. the bathtub faucet in our room didn’t shut off.

The room was clean but not really floors was nasty tables etc..but, if not really looking at it all that hard it was a 2 for clean… tv didn’t work good color was messed up phone in room didn’t work just simple little things over all good location friendly staff

Stayed here to outrun the winter weather. Facilities were clean and everyone was super friendly. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool. 15° outside and everything was warm and cozy.

The staff was excellent. Front desk lady was so nice.We had the owner approach us just to ask how the room was. The hotel is under construction so the room was all new inside.NO BUGS, NO BUGS very clean. We had a great stay.
