Located right next to JR Shinkansen Shin-Kobe station which was very convenient. The staff are very polite and professional. Two rental car office within the building. Spacious rooms with sink located outside of the bathroom which can help when multiple people are in the room. Had a great view. We even could see the port.

Not much to complain but while the rooms are clean and spacious, it was starting to feel a little outdated but that's abut it. They had a natural line of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc., but it had a scent that I was not a fund of.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurants options were great, the top level restaurant was amazing and the perfect for the special occasion. So close to the trains and shinkansen! Made check in and check out very easy and stress free :)

Couldn't get the room temperature cool enough, the room was a bit too warm.

Enjoyed how the hotel was connected to the Kobe shin station. Was easy to get around. Good restaurants to travel to nearby. Loved how big the room was.

I didn’t like how it seemed like there was so much effort put into the lobby/outside but when walked into the room it was a bit underwhelming. Seemed like the bathroom was a big outdated.

Breakfast was good. Fresh salad and melon, which was constantly refilled. Also the Indian butter chicken was a nice deviation from normal fare.

room We booked the "standard room" for 2 persons, but the double bed could not comfortably sleep 2 persons. We complained and the next day we were upgraded to a larger room. which was comfortable and had good single beds. So unless you are small don't book the standard double room

It is very close to the shin kobe station both the railway and the shinkansen. The breakfast japanese style was very accommodating to us. They removed meat in the menu and made it relatively nuslim friendly No laundromat but there is one 10 mins walk away.

The breakfast was great, might possibly be my favourite in Japan. The room service was good too (ordered a pumpkin soup - excellent, and a burger - pretty good). The view from the window was great. The staff was kind and helpful.

The rooms are a bit dated, but honestly nothing to complain about.

For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting more. The room feels like a standard APA hotel room. Bed wasn't comfortable enough.

Perfect location opposite Shinkansen station and subway into the city and harbour areas - hotel was immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful - room service was fantastic

We didn't know there were places to eat near the lobby or under the station - next trip we will definitely explore more

Breakfast was very good, and good for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was beautiful! Felt luxurious even at a reasonable price. Very helpful to be in such close proximity to the Shin Kobe station, and restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom felt a little aged and in need of TLC, but still met needs well. It is a 20min walk from city center/Sannomiya or a 4min subway ride, which was inconvenient but very doable, and worth it to be able to go straight from the shinkansen to the hotel with my luggage. Overall, an awesome spot for a quick weekend away.

Super conveniently located to Shin Kobe train station. Very comfortable, nice hotel with great public bath.

All the restaurants were closed early as we were arriving which was disappointing. Luckily there was a convenience store in the station still open.
