Ibis Cartagena Marbella

Locationl, the employee arranged to bring the missing pillow and comforter for my daughter..

I expected nicer staff....with smile and polite behaviour, in others hotel its normal habbit..

The room was an ibis standard bussiness room and the view was amazing.

No amenities, the bathroom had one dispenser for soap and another dispenser of shampoo in the shower and two paper cups instead of glass cup and diferente amenities. The attention of the staff was formal but not nicer at all, the only person warm and kind were the security ones, they help me with my bags and to find a taxi, I’m use to more nice and kind treatment in Cartagena than the one I got from the front desk people . I did not get even a bottle of water of courtesy, awareness of the things I can find on my surroundings or any additional information same at checkout time not offer to help or to call a taxi, I’m happy I only spent one night there.

I didn’t like the location. The neighbourhood felt a little unsafe although I didn’t have any problems.

The room was quite on the 20th floor, breakfast was very good with a great choice. Personally I didn't like the location and I felt a little unsafe. On the day that I arrived there was a lot of police around the area which din't feel me with confidence. It is a good 20 minutes walk to the old part of the town in the centre.

they are very centrally. Located to the beach right across the street. It is a newer property. The beds are really soft and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff is very nice.

it seems like there is a little repairs they could do to the rooms to improve them

very humid room without the possibilities to open the windows - the result was cough and stuffy nose all the time. No face towel available (!). the coffee break was not good - low quality food - coffee itself was terrible, undrinkable (very contradictory, provided we were in the world capital of coffee beans production).

The room was very small but comfortable. The beds were very good and everything was very clean. The location is good as it is near the city center, but not close to bars and discos. Thus, there is no noise at night. It is a very simple hotel, but clean, comfortable and good.

Pros: Clean, good AC, good location, wifi worked good, good price. All around a good hotel for the price. Had lots of plans for Cartagena and really only needed a good clean hotel to sleep and Ibis was it. very good value for the price.

Very helpful staff, especially in extending my stay in the same room. Breakfast buffet was an excellent variety, worthy of enjoying every day. The room was very comfortable. They gave me my request of an ocean view. Taxis were always available. Elevators were good.

Loud music on ground floor! Why so loud? The bar on first floor was not classy.
