The hotel is modern and clean. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the room is modern and clean. The bathroom is spacious and new. Their outdoor pool is large and has a nice shallow end for little kids.

The listing on booking.com said the family room had 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds which was inaccurate. The largest room they have is one double bed and one set of bunk beds. The parking lot is tight and we had a large van so made it difficult to park. My shower door is only a half door which is not good especially with kids as water gets out. The first room we were given smelled of smoke and the staff was good about getting us another room that was smoke free.

Free transfer to the airport, friendly staff, clean room

The location was better then expected even though we rented to be close to the airport it has a shuttle from /to the airport. Very convenient. Also the hotel is very clean,restaurant, and bar inside. The staff very helpful on telling us about transportation to the center of Madrid. We were there for 2 days, the room was very big and the shower was amazing. Location was walking distance to a few restaurants and mini market. I highly recommend this place for a airport stop or business. Shuttle on time to depart from hotel.

There's one thing I didn't like would be that the restaurant reopens up at 8:30 pm and there were people waiting that went out for dinner.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel facilities were very nice. The room was spacious.

We checked in close to midnight and the staff had not set up the bunk bed (there was some trick to setting it up and attaching the ladder so it had to be set up by a staff member). The staff member said she would come upstairs in a few minutes to set it up but 20 min later I had to call the front desk to ask again. My young kids were exhausted, we had a reservation, and I don’t know why the staff didn’t set up the bunk bed ahead of time. The staff were friendly but the lack of ready beds was pretty bad.

The hotel was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service to the terminals. Check-in was friendly. The hotel is near a mall for last-minute gift buying and several grocery stores. The family room was large and comfortable. The bathroom and showers were clean and the fridge was useful for keeping our meal and breakfast as we had an early flight.

Getting to the hotel from the central train station was a little difficult. We had metro passes but got turned around as both Google Maps and Apple Maps recommended a combination subway/bus for the best way to get to the hotel. Turns out that the metro pass was only good for the subway and it was not possible to purchase single-pass bus passes without cash. Ended up having to take a taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel. There are ways to get there with the subway but you have to transfer a few times and it may take some time.

- Very far from city center (need Taxi if you don't have a car and that will be costly) - Not that close to Airport (need Taxi) - Breakfast room is very busy and noisy due to non-acoustical walls and other guests, mostly school pupils in a 50 or more people groups. - No tee or coffee table in the breakfast room (It should be asked each time from kitchen staff to have a cup of tea or coffee, and it becomes cold already by serving). - not a peaceful breakfast room also due to staff being loud and working in hectic and stressful way

was close to the airport and had an excellent shuttle service , rooms were very good comfortable bed and bathroom supplies were sufficient

wifi was very poor possibly due to room location but was really unacceptable for such a large hotel chain

I liked the fact that there was a decent restaurant which was open. Also liked the friendliness of the staff, the general comfort, and the ease of getting to the airport with the complimentary shuttle the next morning, which was why we stayed there.

We were initially given the wrong menu at the restaurant, and there was a 3-course meal which seemed good value for money that we wanted to order. Then we were told that we'd been given the lunch menu, not the dinner menu. The dinner menu was much more expensive, so we settled for one course each. It would have been nice if the same deal had applied to dinner.

We stayed on our last day at Madrid. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of amenities and a delicious breakfast included. The room was big, super clean, modern and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly and communicative. When we arrived, the restaurant was still closed so they gave us very good directions to a Shopping Mall where we found an Argentinian restaurant with good food and very friendly personnel. We also used their transfer to the airport which was very organized. We arrived in less than 10 minutes to our Terminal.

Everything was excellent.

The large bed was great and comfortable! If you don't have a 3rd adult or teen the beds are wonderful... However, I was disappointed that the extra single bed in the room was only designed for children. Why do they always have those 3rd beds and mattresses bad? I think they believe a child will be on the bed. I wouldn't even want my child on a poor mattress. Our adult family member had to suffer on it. It was stated plainly, 3 adults. So we had to ask for a blanket for that bed which wasn't provided.

The blankets were dirty. Since it was the first cool day of the year I can only conclude they sat there dirty all summer. Our fridge was not working. However, staff were really helpful. Within about an hour wait, they brought in a new one for me since it was needed for food (due to allergies) already bought.
