The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette (microwave, kettle, tap, cutlery, plates) and the bathroom was spacious and clean, had a comfy bed and large wardrobe. The location was perfect for a one night stay between flights, the metro is in 5 minutes walk to the city and in the morning they offered a free transfer (only weekdays from 8.30) to the airport that lasted 15 minutes.

I had a problen with connecting to the Wifi, but they solved it at the reception. In this case you have to go there before 11PM, because they close this time.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind and helpful when I had to change my shuttle time and when my key card quit working. I loved the location and how close a metro line stop was to the hotel.

Breakfast was okay - they had good coffee and fruit options, but I had the tortilla española one day and it was cold and didn't taste good. I think it was a little over priced for the option.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful when I had an issue with getting COVID test results back to fly home. They went beyond what I would expect calling and speaking in Spanish to the centre that had tested but not sent the results and offering multiple last minute testing services to come to me. Location was a very close taxi to airport and walking distance to food - two or three streets away. There was a pool on the roof which was nice to relax with a book while waiting to fly out the next day.

Room was small but clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a cheap price. New interior and new clean private bathroom.

The room was very big and was cleaned regularly. All the facilities in the room were working well. The staff were very kind and helpful. The free shuttle service to IFEMA was very useful as well. The hotel is located not too far from the airport either, and there is a big shopping mall 15 minutes walk away. There was also breakfast in the morning, with a variety of food, including fruits, cereals, juices and sweets.

The hotel didn't have a restaurant, so I had to go to town to have a meal. Other than that, I had a good experience.

Perfect for visitors of the fair and congress ground (IFEMA), you can take a stroll in the morning through through the neighbourhood. Functional but sufficient and clean single room with everything you need for an extended business stay, e.g. when youn need to get some work/preperation done before you leave for the day, including small desk, with fridge and water kettle. Great!

You need to ride the metro for roundabout 45 minutes to get to the city center, but that didn't bother me. Metro station is nearby.

The staff are very friendly and attentive and the hotel is a little jewel box! The room is lovely and clean, well equipped. All our needs were met to the max and exceeded! The airport is 8-10 minutes away and the airport shuttle service is included in the price of the hotel. We had a wonderful time! Thank you! :-)

The Metro station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so only breakfast is available on site. I've missed from the breakfast in hot food (e.g. scrambled eggs, roasted bacon, ect.).

Friendly helpful receptionist, modern spotlessly clean room, with mini kitchen that we didn't need this time, but will be useful for anyone spending two or three nights here. Room was compact but with plenty of storage space + desk and large flat screen TV. Excellent value breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ and a good range of food on offer. Free airport shuttles are another bonus

They give us another room!

The reception guy was very helpful and managed to get our friends into the room next to us . The rooms appear to have been recently decorated and the bathroom was lovely . Everywhere was very clean. The bed was a little hard for me but that is more due to my back problem - the other 3 guests found the bed to be fine .The breakfast was continental but there was a good selection . The hotel was ideally situated to walk the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium ( Atletico Madrid's new stadium)- took about 30 minutes

I liked that it was near the airport and very easy to reach out for taxis and uber. The neighborhood is safe, a lot of people looking for something to do afterwork. Is not in the center of Madrid but if you are looking for a reasonable amount to stay or for a one night to pick a plane afterwards ok.

For one night was great.
