Close to the airport with bus No 101 taking you very close for 1.50, comfortable room and a lot of shops and restaurants close by

It wasn't very quiet

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good , decent size to fit a party of 4. Very spacious. There was two water bottles and orange juice complimentary in the fridge . Nice touch . Easy walk back and forth from Baraja station. Supermarket: Mercadona 5 min walk from the hotel

The were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room ,something basic for a 4 star hotel . The shower would be flooded with water if I didn't remove the base at the bottom , maybe that was just a problem in my room . No big deal , just something that needs to be checked and unblock it so the water flows .

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is in a nice neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around in, and is very close to the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. It felt like a very luxurious experience, given the low price.

It calls itself an airport hotel, but there is no shuttle provided to the airport. It is made very clear when you arrive, but it would have been nice if it had been clearer when booking that you would have to find your own way there or pay a quite expensive 20euro fixed rate.

We just needed a place to stay the night. This hotel was conveniently close to the airport. The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and the bed was good. We really liked the mini fridge in the room, that helped keep our sandwiches and fruit cooled for the next day. The shower was also really nice.

There was a bidet in the bathroom, but it was so close to the toilet, that as being taller than average people we were sitting with our knees against the bidet when we sat on the toilet. Not very pleasant. We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel, although it had limited choice if you prefer vegetarian, vegan or simply healthy food.

The bed was comfortable and warm. The buffet breakfast was good value. The location is good..not too hard to get to the city or the airport. Liked the complimentary water and juice in the mini bar.

The room was a little basic. I was relaxing in my room after breakfast and the housekeeping was making it very unrelaxing while cleaning the rooms around mine. A lot of banging and shouting. I don't know how but even the wall behind my bed was hit and I felt it in my bed also the restaurant services were closed because of the new year.

Location is close to the airport but you still need an Uber for early flights as metro opens at 6am and hotel does not provide free shuttle. Luckily Uber only costs around 9 euro (actually cheaper than price of metro for one stop as metro charges some weird airport tax for airport zone commute. That was a bit bizzare but has nothing to do with hotel). The rest was good. Nice clean room, grocery store near by, walkable to metro stop to get to the center and back.

No free shuttle service to the airport. For money I paid there should be one

Clean room, great bathroom with big bath, blackout curtains, comfortable bed and coffee,tea and drinks provided. Ordered a great delicious dinner from restaurant. Food was brought to my room.

Coffee cups had cleaning chemical residue that gave coffee a bad taste. I think clean cups were in room before cleaning and the spray mist coated the cups. Not a big issue just a waste of first coffee. Didn’t like having to download an app to check in and out. I had to wait for check-in in lobby for two hours after a ten hour flight.

Nice hotel, everywhere very clean, nice staff, comfort room, good beds and pillows.

When asked we were told that the restaurant and the terrace will be open untill 1100 pm. while it was very nice and warm evening we tried to get to the terrace to eat and have some drinks. The waiter told that terrace in not open, no t any apologies or anything, time was about 0915 pm. We sat down to the restaurant and we were given menus, waiter dissappiered so we could not order for drinks. After waiting about 10 minutes we decided to go away, there were only one customer in the restaurant so we did not wait for service any longer. This was the only negative point in our stay in the hotel, everything else were very good and nice.

It was very easy to check in ! The room was pretty spacious, clean and very confortable. It had all the basic toiletries you would need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste) and a hairdryer. The mini bar also had a few drinks for free. The hotel was close to the airport, and I had no problem finding a taxi to get there. the staff was very polite and efficient. I overall had a great stay there ! would recommend

I would have liked a kettle with tea/coffee and a proper mini-bar with snacks and other drinks

I stayed as a layover on my way from Tenerife to Abu Dhabi. I was advised over the phone that the hotel can be reached by metro from the airport which is true but I won’t recommend to anyone with luggage to use Metro as the hotel is not next to the metro station it is at around 10 min walk and the road is not perfect. I took taxi on the way back to the airport. The octopus in the restaurant was fresh and very nicely prepared. But the receptionist in the morning not ideal. She couldn’t find that my room was booked with breakfast

The location it looks scary at night. Very dark roads and weird people walking around.
