It's a little out of the way, but there is a nearby shopping centre where you can stock up with supplies, or eat at numerous cafes and restaurants

It is a real apartment, not just a room. Clean and comfortable.

It is industrial area. Encircled by highways, so you are trapped inside of a small area. There are hotels, one shopping centre and few restaurants. Restaurants close at 4 or 5 pm! The only place to eat in the evening was a kebab. Airport is only reachable by taxi. Minimum fee 20 euros. Bottled water was not available. Both vending machines on premises were broken. Aldi is 12 minutes away, once you learn the way. The area is not walkable diagonally. You can only get to the paralell street over the road paralell to the motorway.

The huge apartment complex is located a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room is large, the bed is comfortable, excellent Wi-Fi. the fan was kindly given to me at the reception, the refrigerator worked properly. Breakfast in the cafe at the entrance to the complex. There is a huge shopping center with a supermarket nearby. The hotel is very suitable for an overnight stay between flights. I had a comfortable rest and the impressions of my stay were most pleasant. Thank you!

It seems to me that an electric kettle and dishes could be added to the room - this is, after all, an apartment....

Apartments were clean and cleaned everyday with fresh towels and fresh bed linen provided. Ample cooking utensils were provided on request Staff were very friendly Air con was very good and free we requested a washing machine and got one in one of the 3 apartments we booked A clothes aired was provided on request from reception location was good, we hired a car but it was within Wally distance from Aldi and many other shops Wi-Fi was free and very good throughout the buildings, reception gove login info

we requested a crib but none was available during our sty we requested a washing machine well in advance but they couldn’t tell us until we landed whether we would be allocated one poll had strange opening times although there were signs for no smoking around the pool, the staff du not enforce this

Location. Size of suite (impressive) very comfortable mattresses.Excellent staff at reception and dining.

GPS difficulty locating hotel. Took us through the airport. A better Google directions step-by-step would be nice to print off from your webpage please. Also the smallest of bathroom soap and shampoo x1set insufficient for x4 adults. A note on your webpage to bring any extras as no pots or pans, dishtowels or cleaning product to wash dishes. Kitchen design is excellent 👌

The Checkin Process and the friendliness of the Front office Staff. Travelling from India we had forgotten our European Multiplug to charge our devices. They tried to help us in any way that they could. Also they helped locate some lost items for us.

We booked the Apartment and assumed that there would be a washing machine as mentioned on the website. There was none. We changed apartments. The first one was cleaned everyday.... the second one wasn't.

It’s only a few minutes drive from the airport which was convenient for us, we were also heading to Mad Cool Festival which was only €10 in a taxi so again, very convenient location for what we needed. A bit of distance into the centre of Madrid about 8 mins on a bus and a 10-15 metro journey depending on where in the centre we wanted to visit, but we bought a travel card which was cheap enough. The check-in was simple and staff were pleasant. The cleaners were in everyday to straight the bed and provide clean towels and were also pleasant. The property was clean. The pool was open from 12 which was a bonus with a lifeguard present. It was a busier time of year due to the festival being on so we didn’t always manage to get a sun lounger but we were able to plonk towels on the floor and still enjoy ourselves.

Lack of security, anybody could access the hotel if they liked. No cutlery or kitchen utensils.

Supercomfortable, well maintained holiday apartment complex. Roomy apartment with lots of storage space. Quiet & relaxing- no disturbance from youth groups staying at same time which seemed well managed by hotel & group leaders. Very good value for money. The location makes it 'budget' but the quality of the accommodation is higher than expected for the price. Close to T1 Barajas airport with free shuttle at limited hours. Good base for Wanda Metropolina Stadium (Madrid Athletic), short journey on 167 bus.

In an industrial/ commercial estate; 10-15 min walk to bus or shops ( mercadona in large Plenilunio shopping centre); 1 hr+ frm Madrid centre by public transport which is difficult to work out at first. Only a kettle& 2 cups provided- a kitchen kit available for €200 cash deposit....this+distance to shop are barriers to reaping value from having a self catering base. The 'walk in shower' was actually a shower in a bath which did not have antislip or grab bars.

Two rooms with plenty of space to roam around. Bus transportation nearby was great. I was able to buy breakfast food at the nearby Aldi store.

The bathtub needs a handle bar to prevent slip and fall, or at least put something on the bottom to prevent guests from slipping in the shower. You are looking at a potential fatal accident there. I also did not like the noise outside until 1am. That was definitely not expected.
