The hotel is just on the outskirts of Madrid, close to the airport so taxi fare is very cheap. With your booking you get free pickup and drop off to the airport with uber paid by the hotel. A huge bonus is that the metro station is within 5min walking distance and takes you straight into the city center. The thing I loved the most was the pool, it was deliciously COLD on the overwhelming hot days in Madrid were temps reached 45°C+ so this was amazing. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Madrid again next year.

The hotel was set out lovely and always very clean. The staff were friendly. The pool area and pool were lovely however see below. Rooms great and good size and have air conditioning. Hotel offers a shuttle service however that wasn’t available but refunded our fare to and from airport

For us the location wasn’t great for what we wanted and would have preferred to stay nearer Plaza Mayor area but that wasn’t a fault of the hotel. There were nowhere near enough sun beds which meant we had to sit on chairs unless you wanted to do the pool rush when they opened the gate. Pool didn’t open until 10am and would have been better if opened earlier. Breakfast was sufficient however food very slowly replenished the hotel is on a main road however didn’t find the noise an issue.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was huge and beds really comfy-only downside was that we booked a double and got a twin(but it was so hot that it probably worked in our favour). Lovely cold mini bar fridge. Pool was great, nice temperature. Lots of seating and plenty of umbrellas for shade. Food at snack bar was delicious. Complimentary taxi from airport was an added bonus. Close enough to metro stop to get to city centre. Handy little shop across the road too

The aircon could have been better, but it was 41° when we were there so i dont think its the "norm" for Madrid in August. The breakfast wasn't great. We went in half an hour before the end of service and there was very limited food and nothing was replenished. They started to clear away 15 mins later. Don't tell people they can have breakfast til 1030, and clear the food away before 1015. Not good. Reception did give us a refund however, so that softened the blow, but still a bit of a let down as the pool bar didn't then open til noon

The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. They were so attentive and available for every request or question we had. Even when we didn't ask for room service there would always be clean towels and amenities for us when we opened our room door. And the pool is AMAZING! There was always somewhere for us to sit and decide if we wanted to be in the sun or shade. We were easily able to get in and out of rhe pool PLUS the lounge area had delicious snacks and cold drinks

Small hotel room. Cupboard, safe, desk. Small bar fridge. Large bathroom with good shower. Buffet breakfast was a basic European spread. Great pool & outdoor area. I used the gym which had some dumbbells, cable machine & cardio equipment. Short under 10 min walk for train & bus station to the city & airport.

I did request 1 double bed, but room had 2 singles. The aircon was not super effective / easy to work/adjust. It would of been nice to have some water, coffee/tea, kettle facility.

On our arrival at Barajas airport, we were picked by the hotels courtesy taxi. We had to ring hotel to inform them of our arrival as I hadn't replied to an email enquiring what time we needed to be collected. On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by Mario at reception, whom we found to be very polite and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very tastefully decorated and just oozes class and is very bright and airy. As a female, I was admiring the day to night blinds on the windows in the reception area as it was my first time to see them in a hotel. The grey and red couches in the foyer, and also in the front bar area were so comfortable. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. Our room & ensuite were immaculate. Cleanliness is of a very high standard and our room was cleaned everyday, unless we left out the Do not disturb sigh on door. The rooms all have air conditioning and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The rooms are also sound proofed. The bar seating and pool area is a haven of relaxation. I have to compliment the bar/ dining room staff named Cesar, Helena and Racquel who were so nice. There were two more equally as nice female bar staff, but I forgot to put their names in my phone. Breakfast is available but costs €13.50 per person unless you have it included with your booking, which we didn't. On the plus side, you can eat as much as you want. There's cafés to the right a few metres down the street that serve breakfast is a lot cheaper which we only discovered on our last day The reason for this is that we were so relaxed we couldn't be bothered to go out and look for the cafés It is a 5 minute walk to the Metro which takes you into the city. We never had to wait more than 2- 3 minutes for the metro. A small piece of advice is to buy a multiple trip metro card as it saves money if you are staying for a week as we did. Clean hotel with good facilities including good beds. breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. proximity to airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

first come first served seemed a strange way to allocate parking and this was not clear when we booked. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport because we needed to drop off hire car the next morning. as it transpired there was plenty of parking but it was an added stress as we drove 500 kms the day of arrival without knowing if a park would be available or not.

Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom ok size. Bed very nice. Free airport shuttle a big plus. Didn't try restaurant/room service/breakfast as there where a fair number of eateries close by. Restaurant/bar Goteron diagonally across the street from hotel was a nice surprise: unpretentious but with good food and wine at a a reasonable price. We ordered a paella for 2 the night before we left and it was delicious, washed down with a very good rueda white wine.

If you have to rely on public transport (metro/bus) the place is a bit of a pain to reach. It is irritatingly close to Barajas, but no direct metro link. Closest metro is Canillejas, which is ok for getting to the center of Madrid (Gran Via, Callao, Chueca etc), but from the airport it is a round about journey. But hey: there is the hotel shuttle service. Maybe a coffee making facility/kettle in the room would not be too much to ask at the room price?

The staff were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid or anyone on an overnight stay.I have been to lots of hotels but for me this hotel was outstanding, nothing was a problem, I will definitely be back. They gave that extra customer care that seems to be lost nowadays in other hotels. I enjoyed my 3 day stay very much. Thank you 💕😎👌

We booked this hotel as a stopover between flights. They organised a free taxi to pick us up from the airport so that was really convinient. The hotel staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who we chatted to for a while. The breakfast was really great and we relaxed by the pool in the morning which I thought was a lovely area. The room had everything we needed and comfy beds. Overall super convienient hotel for being near the airport and decent facilities. I thought it was good value for money and I'd stay there again.

The room was on the small side but accetable. I don't have anything apart from that.
