Hotel Best Osuna

Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, very close to the public transport (metro and bus) and provides shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was always very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed and a huge shoutout to the driver who explained and showed us how to get around. Hotel is clean, comfy beds, great bathrooms, beautiful and clean pool area and price is a real bargain. Also we arrived 5 hours before check-in time and expected just to leave our luggage but we were told that the room was ready and we can go straight to the room. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad at all. I've seen lot worse from a 4 star hotels, and this hotel has a great range of cold food and drinks. Maybe just lacking bit more hot food.

Walls are very thin and you can hear TV and people talking in the rooms around you. Not a huge deal for us but might be annoying for someone.

Close to the airport Inside the apartments are nicely decorated they still need attention to gaps in the wooden floors ect Great welcoming 😄 All staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful 😀 bar staff, housekeepers all great.

Grounds need desperately cleaning,painting ect this is making the hotel look like a 2* hotel A few of the female staff around the Breakfast area are rude this was disappointing more training is needed approaching my 12 year old daughter is a No. The assistant manager sitting in the lobby on his table has disgusting behaviour around women and children These staff sadly changed the outcome of my review.

We loved our visit to Hotel Osuna, which is in a quiet neighborhood near the Madrid airport. We walked over to the Corte Ingles Hipercor, which is the Spanish version of a mall, where we bought last-minute things to take on our trip home, like paella rice and saffron, as well as some cute clothes. There isn't much else to do in the neighborhood, but the pool at this place is HUGE -- I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed it. There's a great little playplace for kids and lots of green space for them to run around.

I wish they had USB outlets so we could charge our devices without a converter block, and I wish they had a way to stream video from our phones, so a Chrome stick, Roku or other device.

Staff were really helpful and kind. Lovely rooms, really clean, free soft drinks in fridge, toothbrushes, lovely bathroom products. Really lovely pool, good menu and can eat on the terrace by the pool. Breakfast buffet is fantastic! Airport shuttle brilliant and less than 20mins to airport. Rooms are near pool, which gets busy, but rooms are lovely and quiet, especially at night. Really nice surrounding area. Easy walk from Canillejas metro.

Guests smoking drugs on the terrace, many different guests playing music out loud by pool and on terrace.

This hotel was great. Super facility, comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had great food choices, fresh pressed orange juice, all kinds of milk choices, breads, cereals, meats, scrambled eggs, chorizo and sausages, 2 coffee machines and a specialist espresso machine. We'll definitely be back at Hotel Best locations.

The front entrance was a little flooded because it rained pretty heavily before we arrived and therefore had a bit of a wet stale smell but nothing too bad.

The staff was wonderful and very nice during my check in. Room was very clean.

I purposely booked this hotel for the free airport shuttle but didn’t know till the day before that it only ran from 730-1400 & then 1600. So when I arrived at 1500 I couldn’t use the shuttle and the next morning when I had to be at the airport at 700 I also couldn’t use the shuttle. That was a bit disappointing especially because the taxi from the airport to the hotel cost over 20 EUR and it would be very good to know beforehand so I’m putting it here in my review so others will be aware in the future.

It is close to airport in a nice neighborhood with a lot of free parking around. Very good breakfast. Nice selection of cold and hot, savory and sweet. Good coffee.

It is not easy to get to the room with heavy bags. Outside complex walk and uncomfortable stairs. Not suitable for older people. The receptionist looks angry at me because I didn’t understand her explanations. Other than that she was professional. The shower water pressure was on the weak side.

Room was pretty good, a safe, a fridge, aircon were available. I was missing a kettle to make a tea or coffee. Wifi was for free, although the signal was not the best in the room. With the ear plugs you can have good sleep, beds were very comfortable. Outside pool is really great place to relax. It was not so far away from Mad Cool Festival, Uber costs up to 8e, or it takes 50mins by walk (essential especially after festival).

Restaurant was available, but the service was so confusing and for me pretty slow, every payment by card takes ages. Breakfast was not possible to order only for one day (although it would be cruel to have one, if you arrive after 3am every day from festival).

Is close to the airport and the hotel have shuttle from and to the airport. You just call them and they pick you up and bring you back to the airport. Breakfast is okay, is not wow but is very good.

Doesn’t have private parking. you can park on site but is very risky. if you have car that is not with Spanish plates, you may wanna travel by transport because we have witnessed 2 incidents in the parking. ( breaking windows and stilling tires)

LOCATION WAS OK. CLOSE TO FAIR CENTER. THATS WHY CHOOSE BUT ALSO HOTEL AREA IS SO QUITE AND NICE. HOTEL IS LIKE A LITTLE RESORT HOTEL. ALSO HAS POOL AND GREAT STAFF. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL. I AM SHAMED NOW I FORGET THE NAME OF HOTEL DRIVER MAYBE PEDRO OR ALEJANDRO- HE WAS SOO SOOO HELPFUL AND KIND. ALSO RECEPTION STAFF. I LIKED ALL.

ROOM COULD ME MAYBE A LITTLE BETTER BY FURNITURES. BUT, OVERALL ALL WAS FINE.
