The room was quite big and comfy. The staff were very nice and there was someone at the check in at any time of the day which was nice, if we needed anything. Nobody bothered us and the air conditioning was great.

Some of the 'clean' towels that the staff put in our bathroom daily smelled like vinegar, which was very confusing to us. And the Wifi connection was very poor - at times we couldn't use it at all. I also wouldn't complain if they changed the bedsheet at least once during our 10-day stay...

1- The location- it’s only 30 minutes away from the centre and the metro is very close. The metro is also a straight line immediately to Sol. There’s a good range of food from Uber eats if you’re feeling hungry at night. There’s a massive shopping centre near by, so you can do a quick shop or grab some snacks and water 2- the cleanliness- it felt very clean 3- it was very comfortable- the bed was very very comfortable- I didn’t want to leave it! 4- The room was massive- it was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in 5- Communication- if you don’t speak Spanish I wouldn’t worry as the staff speak very good English

1- Sound proofing- sometimes I would get woken up by noise outside. But the noise wasn’t from other peoples room. Was purely noise from outside. 2- the blinds weren’t completely black out so once the sun was out, it would wake me up. But on a positive note, it meant that the room was nice and bright! 3- We got two single beds squished together instead of a double. Was a bit weird but I think if you specify to them before they could probably arrange something.

Excellent location, very close to the metro station and generally a safe and nice area. Next to the metro station, there is a shopping mall with a big supermarket.

1. The room was really spacious. 2. Location was good for me. The hotel isn't in a center, so there are no crowds of tourists. There is a Metro station within a stone's throw. 3. There was a kettle in our room, which huge plus for me, 4. Breakfast was simple, but satisfying. 5․The hotel in general was quiet, which perfect for me.

1. Beds were very hard. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. 2. During our stay the room gets a little bit dusty.

The staff was outstanding, particularly Pilar at the front desk; however, all were friendly, helpful and effective. We arrived around 9:30 am and were offered a room available for immediate check-in! Price was relatively lower than comparable hotels in Madrid and reflected an excellent cost/quality assessment. Location is wonderful for easy access to the Metro Red Line 2 station about two blocks away. Room was cleaned well daily. Bed was comfortable, spacious and the pillows are thin; however, we liked them. I had the buffet breakfast twice and enjoyed it. Two other mornings I had a strong coffee and croissant at the bar and enjoyed it very much. The evening prior to our return to the US we decided to look for a meal nearby and found several nice bar/restaurants behind and a block away and settled for dinner at 8pm at a Galician place full of neighborhood clients. Food was good, wine was good and the prices lower than in central Madrid of course. We bought snacks and mineral water several times at two different neighborhood markets at the back of the hotel. There's a medium size mall about three blocks away with a huge supermarket and food court with multiple restaurants, including a MacDonald's, lol!

The material condition of the room is not the best. Carpet around the bed is in bad shape and the bathroom, while overall nice, could be improved. Yes, you do hear noise from neighboring rooms and if this is an important issue for you, this may not be the place for you. We had large school groups of pre-teens and teens attending sports camps and it was very noisy in the hallways and surrounding rooms at times. Interestingly enough, it didn't bother us. We were gone most of the day anyway, normally returning late at night each day.

Very good location, 100m from Metro station that takes you straigt to the city center, and easy to use until the Airport. 250m apart from a supermarket. The hotel was very clean and warm, no need for extra blankets when the outside temperature was 0 degrees and the sunset from the 8th floor was amazing! The shower water was very hot and had good pressure.

Very thin walls, we could hear neighboors coughing, snoring and showering like they were in our room.

Affordable price. Quiet town. Metro station is close. You can reach city center by using metro, it will take 15 minutes. Airport is a 15 minutes car ride from the hotel. Room is spacious. Furniture is well arranged.

Room requires renovation. Carpet is dirty. Bath handle is rusty. Safe is provided without keys from the lock, you have to pay 10 EUR deposit to get them. Door is not soundproof, you can hear others at the corridor. There is no toothbrush holder provided.

Such a nice hotel, had everything you could expect in a hotel room (ie extra pillows, laundry service ect). The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great location for us as we were going to see a concert in the stadium close by. Getting into the centre wasnt a problem at all, we used uber a lot and they never had a problem finding our location. Very clean and comfortable, will definitely be back.

Though a bit far from the centre, the location is very convenient, as a station of the metro line that goes to the centre is really nearby. The room was clean, wirh hot water always available. The breakfast was quite good too! Tottaly, a value for money option!

As in many hotels in Madrid, the lack of adequate soundproofing is a problem. I could hear noise and discussions from other rooms, even ones not directly adjacent to mine. Just bring your ear plugs with you and everything will be fine.

Warm clean & big room, hot water all the time, comfy beds, very good breakfast, all people working in the hotel are helpful & nice, good location, close to metro line 2 - three minutes walking from the metro stop, very close to shopping mall with supermarket. 15 minute ride by taxi to the airport.

WiFi is a bit slow, could have a kettle in the room for making tea.
