clean, close location to Panthers, spacious, great powerful shower, quiet despite being close to main road, handy to Hungry Jacks. Good for short stay (1 night for me).

only downside was lack of lighting around Rooms 1-6, ground floor. Arrived back 1030pm and there were no lights working, making it hard to see room number and generally dangerous. lights were working in rest of complex. Mentioned to reception next day, so hopefully will have been promptly fixed.

Beds were comfortable and warm.

Wasnt enough kitchenware for the number of guests. The cupboard door covering the fridge,was broken off its hinges. we had no hot water so couldnt shower in the unit on the morning of Saturday 27th May,and were not notified of the issue,then had to walk a way across and upstairs to another unit to shower. This was unacceptable,as the office knew of this issue beforehand, and the fact that we had to walk out in the open view of everyone,in our nightwear and the freezing cold.

I was offered a upgrade before we even got to the motel, even able to check in early which I will be forever grateful after arriving back early morning from a cruise and little sleep being able to go straight to motel and rest was much appreciated Room was large, though a Friday night and close to roads was quiet This is second time I have stayed and definitely will be my go to any time I need to go to Penrith and surrounds

Good position in Penrith to the areas I needed to visit, clean comfortable rooms, close to a good selection of eateries, ample parking with easy access.

The lack of breakfast options. I've been staying here for a number of years (close to 20) and the lack of breakfast options (the "packs" they offer are not up to the standard of motels in this era) is a deterrent. It would help if something was arranged with a local cafe or the pub next door

Only 1 spoon and no other cutlery, so kids had to take turns eating breakfast and they ate their coco pops out of wine glasses because their wasn’t any bowels either 🤣 but it added to the get away, was an extra little laugh for us! And noisy people in the car park which is completely out of the property control and to be expected next to a pub

Although located on a busy road, we did not hear any traffic noise as the hotel is set well back. Location was very good, near lots of eateries (though, most you had to drive to). We booked a Queen suite with sofa bed, thinking it was just one large room, however was happily surprised to find the bedroom was separate and had it's own TV. Was great on Saturday night when hubby watched the footie in the lounge and I watched a 'chick flick' on Netflix in the bedroom. Although the bathroom was a bit 'tired' it had two sinks, was large and very clean. The queen sized bed was very comfy. reception on check-in was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend as I thought was great value for money and for the 2 nights stayed really enjoyed the large space - think it would be ideal for families with kids.

As the bedroom was quite large, I think having a 'king' sized bed would make it more appealing - but this would not prevent me from staying again. Didn't really bother us, however, the hot water in the shower did take a few minutes to come through.

Reception very helpful, room was a good size for a couple , bed was comfortable without being exceptional, room warm with air conditioner,shower was hot, and the location was handy to the harness racing track where we spent the evening

We initially had a problem finding the motel, i don't know if others have had the same problem ? better signage, reception was very helpful in putting us on the right turns thanks.

booked 4 rooms for my family we were scattered apart my two room were side by side hade change 1st room due to smelling bad but 2nd room was much fresher love the location of this accommodation.

NOT HAVING OUR 4 ROOMS NEAR EACH OTHER ESPECIALLY WITH SMALL CHILDREN TRAVELLING TOGETHER. ISSUE WITH FIRST ROOM SMELLING WAS NOT GOOD BUT THIS WAS FIXED STRAIGHT AWAY BY RECPTION STAFF.

Location is great, with access to major roads nearby. Adjacent is a hotel and restaurant complex, but the room was surprisingly quiet and restful considering that. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and well appointed - twin vanity and large shower cubicle were nice touches. Our room had a small lounge at the front, then the bedroom was at the rear past the bathroom. Well worth the price. Bonus point for friendly staff on arrival.

The only downside was that the carpet in the front part of the room needed replacing, but otherwise I was very happy with the accommodation for the price.

I booked this room for our daughter Rachael and grandson who needed an overnight stay. Our daughter stated “it was 200%” fantastic and she would definitely stay here again. Room was great, good size, ground level, easy to carry stuff into, quiet, comfortable, clean,great reception staff. They were very happy with everything. I would also like to thank the wonderful staff for looking after our daughter and grandson. It was a bit of a last minute necessity and given the time frame accommodation was very expensive. This was so reasonably priced. Fantastic value for money. I asked if possible to have early check in for them and Margaret responded immediately saying that wouldn’t be a problem. Thank you so much Margaret to you and your wonderful staff. Couldn’t have asked for better. Much appreciated Vicki
