Boathouse Resort (Water Front)

nice location, nice balcony with access to pool

upstair tenant neighbor yelled at our kids at 5pm on NYE because our kids were playing and “they made too much noise”

The units were private, clean, close to everything and all have exception views.

Tiny comment about the super firm bed but otherwise brilliant stay, great facilities and the staff were exceptional!

We liked the fact that the room was already cool with the air conditioning running when we arrived. Nice touch. There were dvd's in the room for the kids, lots of plates and cups etc. The apartment was huge with great access to the pool and the river front. The ability to play music from our ipod via the docking station was also a nice touch. Good to see lots of COVID safety protocols around the resort, lots of hand sanitiser near the lift and at reception.

Wifi was terrible. Didn't really work at all. Some additional toilet rolls would have been nice. Luckily we brought our own.

The location was perfect Great cafes and the country club Beautiful settings Drew was fantastic with all his knowledge with the area and his service was excellent

The appartment wasn’t properly vacuumed on arrival, only one tea towel and one spare toilet paper roll . The unit good do with a make over of fresh clean carpet and paint but this is only my opinion .

The rooms are so spacious and well presented with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the heating throughout the unit was perfect. The views of the waterfront were amazing and we had perfect sunny weather we could sit out on the verandah, even though it was winter time.

The shower leaked across the bathroom floor which was a little annoying.

Quiet location by the river, close to shops and restaurants. Great facilities with pool, underground secure parking. We had a very enjoyable weekend away at the Boathouse Resort. Rooms was very spacious with big balcony overlooking the pool and river. Room is clean and comfortable equipped with necessities and more ! Staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a late checkout and it was no problems too. Looking forward to staying again !

We had a lovely stay at Boathouse resort. The room was very generous in size, very comfortable, along with the beds and pillows. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking to the shops etc. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and kitchenware etc.

The only downside was we ran out of toilet paper after 1 day and there weren't enough bin bags either.

Great location, walking distance to the club, pub, cafes & restaurants. Pool view room & the pool itself was awesome, couldn't keep the kids out of it. Rooms were clean, comfy king bed & a reasonably good kitchen.

Was hot & humid so disappointing there was no air conditioning in the second room. Only a split system with evap units in main & living.

Lovely pool, great size 3 bedroom apartment with comfortable lounge and kitchen to suit a larger family

Bed in main bedroom was very hard. Air conditioning not working very well, no ceiling fans or air con in third bedroom which made it very hot and stuffy at night (no window either) portable fan was also broken so we had to drag mattresses out into lounge room

Great location, overlooking the water! The accommodation was roomy, clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and beach! It was a very enjoyable stay.

The nearby restaurants & cafes struggled to cope with the influx of holidaymakers and quite a few were closed over the new year period. Luckily Coles Supermarket was just down the road,
