Tiarri Terrigal

Super easy check in! We were met at reception and shown to our room. Room was a generous size, immaculate and had lovely decor. Tea/coffee/milk/cereal all fully stocked! Initially we were only booked to stay 1 night but ended up staying 3 or 4. The staff were super accomodating to this and were really attentive ensuring we had clean towels, enough tea/cereal etc. A quick an easy walk to Terrigal Beach for a great choice of cafes/restaurants and beautiful scenery. We felt so at home here, didn’t want to leave!

We were going to a wedding at North Avoca, fabulous location, 4 mins drive by uber to the wedding, under 10 min easy walk to Terrigal beach. Comfy bed, assortment of breakfast cereals and bikkies, fresh milk. Frank was lovely and helpful. Air con was really good.

Discovered shower gel was empty on first shower so had to get out and use what was at the vanity. The shower water pressure was great however the round taps in the renovated bathroom are a bit awkward to use, couldn't get the temp right.

The room looked really nice and it was easy and quick to access. A lot of things were provided including plates and cutlery. The distance to the main shopping location was walking distance and the staff were very friendly.

Even though cutlery and plates were provided, we had to ask for dishwashing liquid and a towel so that we could clean the plates after using them. We didn't have a kitchen in the room which is probably why it wasn't provided but if your staying more than one night and you use the plates everyday, it feels better to clean them after every use.

Frank and Jenny were very friendly, polite, supportive, and helpful, with Frank asking us whether we needed any assistance whenever he ran into us during our stay, and Jenny going out of her way to provide us with some disposable cutlery for our trip after checking out. The room itself was spacious, cool, and very clean, and the spa was a relaxing addition. The property is extremely close to both the beach and the large food precinct, but at the same time is in a very quiet area.

The only downside we found was that noise travelled quite easily between adjacent rooms.

This place is amazing. The rooms are super spacious and quiet. I could work at the dining table and the wifi was good. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower spacious too. This type of accommodation is a lot more worth it over staying at a hotel. Great value. I had everything I needed as if I were in my own home. The cereal and fresh milk was a nice touch too! Thanks for the wonderful stay Frank!.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The facility was recommended to us by a relative. Had no idea that Tiari was in such a hilly location. And the town centre was going to be a challenging walk going by our drive in from Canberra. Then Fred met us, showed us the available facilities in our room and common areas, but most importantly the short cut walking route into the CBD and which we used twice in our short stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hope, and are planning, to return. A great adults only get away.

Nothing comes to mind as to what we didn't like. Whilst the walk into the CBD was such a surprise, there was still the final 20m uphill to Tiari - but we coped.

I had everything I needed in my room and the little extra touches in my room made me feel really welcome like the Lindt chocolates on the bed and the cereal sachets and fresh milk in the room for breakfast

If I had to pick a negative it would probably be that the room didn’t get much natural light, but that’s about the only thing I can think of.

PERFECT! This was such a great place to stay. A very short walk into town to get food, drinks and a spot of shopping. Ubers are pretty easy to catch around town too (can take a bit longer on busy days). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was perfect - the groomsmen even got ready there for the big day! Thank you so much for your hospitality - it was great!!

Great location, we expected a small studio but it is really an apartment with separate laundry, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Cooking facilities and large living area. Short walk to the beach and shops. Very spacious with a nice outdoor courtyard.

Spotless. Lovely fresh modern decor. Each apartment has a small private outdoor area. The vegetation is lush and provides shade for the apartments keeping them cool on hot days.

I enjoyed an easy stroll into town and the beach but some of my older friends might need to take the car as Terrigal is a bit hilly.
