Pullman Magenta Shores Resort

The overall standard of all the facilities. I thought it could be starting to age but the maintenance has been first class

A minor point but I was a little disappointed that there was a charge for Wi Fi. Most places include this in the general rate and I don’t think the small extra charge is warranted

Thé villa was well equipped, spacious light and airy. Pool just outside villa. Reception staff excellent extremely helpful. Remember there is no servicing of rooms which is somewhat weird considering the cost.

The food certainly not the standard one would expect. Menu mmmh, nothing exciting, seaside resort and no fresh seafood ?. Don’t go near high tea, very very poor, mainly shop brought and cut into quarters same sweets served at breakfast. 1 and half sandwiches for two people, they don’t even have fresh tea only tea bag. Breakfast, two days in a row we ordered a cappuccino as we sat down, 45 min later still waiting so we left both mornings without coffee.

Our second time staying here and it is always good. Kids live the pool and open space, the staff are fantastic with kids (especially in the restaurant) and the apartments have everything you could need and then some. Great location away from the noise etc.

A few instances where the place is starting to show a bit of wear and tear - our dishwasher was broken as an example - but to their credit the staff told us before we checked in and gave us a voucher to make up for the inconvenience. Pool access gate was not working properly but we found a way around it. Not huge issues but just little things that would have made the stay perfect. Even with these issues though we would (and will) happily stay here again.

So very happy the facilities, accommodation and all staff. It was above my expectations and a break I really needed away from my full time caring of both my elderly parents. I loved every minute of my time there, and was very grateful to everyone who allowed me to have an amazing respite care for myself to be able to relax, enjoy and recharge up again. Thank You

this place is perfection in my eyes. Caters for everyone's needs no matter what they are and no matter if your stay is a short one or long one. There is plenty to do, great food, great bar for drinks, gymnasium, wellness centre, 3 pools and the golf course and beach at your door step.

We liked the service, gardens and general setting and location. In particular we were very impressed with the Bar & Grill food and staff service.

We were disappointed with room condition: 1) air-conditioning was not working properly 2) curtains were broken 3) the fan/light was not working properly 4) there were many mosquitos which entered the room therefore we couldn't open doors or windows From a service point of view we were not offered early or late check out and we felt pressured to vacate room - staff called us to see if we were checking out.

The property offers a lot of facilities to keep the whole family busy. Amazing facilities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a private beach access. The unit has all the basic necessities. very warm and accommodating staff members.

Being advertised as a 5-star accommodation, one would expect that the units will be furnished with up-to-date furniture and electronics. The couches were old and the tv is basic, we have stayed in many other hotels in the past and even the cheapest ones had updated couches and a smart TV. The units did have an entertainment box, to which you are required to pay to watch movies. There’s not a wide variety of food options for dining within the premises, the menus for their bar and resaturant were very similar. The beds could be better.

The property had three pools one of being an indoor pool, sauna, gym and massage spa. Our villa was in close proximity to all facilities. There was a clean bbq near the rock pool. The bar at the resort pool was not open when we were in the water. The beach was about a 7 minute walk it was unpatrolled but still nice for a picnic or walk. There were bikes to hire and golf if you like to play

It would be great if the resort had a hot spa for adults . There are no shops close to the resort.

We enjoyed the villa, the pool and the tennis court. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating.

However I didn't like the way we had to turn the taps in the villa to the half way point to stop them dripping. Also the buffet looked lovely BUT the hot food was cold. It would have been better had the servers covered the hot food, so that it stayed at least warm. It would have been great if the bar by the pool was opened. We were there to enjoy a 50th birthday and that would have added to the overall enjoyment.

The property was beautifully designed and layout was easy to follow, the facilities were clean and pristine. The rooms were amazing, and the Villa’s were incredibly spacious and had everything needed. The staff were so very helpful and couldn’t do enough to try and make my stay easy and comfortable. The customer service from all staff I dealt with during my stay were second to none. Cannot wait to go back and spend more time there.

The fact that I had to leave to fly home. I cannot fault Pullman Magenta Shores Resort at all, my stay was amazing.

Nice relaxed place. Breakfast was good too. Facilities like tennis, pool and golf were amazing. Even the villa was beautiful. Very spacious

Heater was not working in our room. We had to call someone to get it fixed. Next night, again it was not working and it was cold. No one was there to fix it. Also, the phone inside the room was not working, everytime we wanted something, we had to drive and go to the reception, which was a bit annoying.
