Nice hotel with great location, Stadthalle just around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Lovely room with cozy bed, A/C, a minifridge and nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast, various choices of food and drinks, yum. We enjoyed our stay. :)

Parking. First of all, it was not clearly marked so we did not know if it is a right place to park. Secondly, it really surprised me that the hotel doesn't have its own parking place and we had to park at public parking garage. And lastly, the price - 17€ per day with such a price for hotel was bit much I'd say. Although, it was mentioned in the "Facilities" section but still... Regardless, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect (breakfast, location, staff, garage), except...

... I had a reservation for a room called "Jazz" with one double bed. I got the room (Jazz) with two single beds (on wheels!?). The bed was travelling around the room each time I moved on it. The next day I was offered room upgrade for the last night (my stay was only for 2 nights) which I declined, but asked the staff to do something about two moving single beds. After using a single double sheet for both beds it was much better. So my instructions for future guests of the hotel: "Jazz" rooms are equipped only with two "European size" single beds (according to hotel staff), allthough when booking Jazz room it is in fact possible to select a room with double bed! This combintion simply does not exist!

The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The room received was at the top floor(4) in the corner, so it was quiet. Room 412 was big and was facing the inner side of the building so it was quiet and nice.

It could get pretty hot in the evening if you don't leave the ac open. Sometimes even if we left the AC open by the time we come back to the room the ac was off. As for the city, I don't recommend. It is filthy, full of trash, cigarette buds, beer cans, and the streets are covered in dog poop and pee. Save your money and go to Paris/Barcelona/Rome or whatever and it will be worth it. Side note: it all depends on the room you receive. We stayed at the same hotel after two days and the impression was not that great(but I'll leave a separate review on that).

We took the family quadruple room. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast served was a continental breakfast spread and had a lot of options. The hotel is located very near to a public transport hub and a supermarket is right next door. We were able to reach city-centre with 5-6 stops on the U-bahn from there. The staff were also very approachable and friendly.

In the middle of the night, there were times in which the streets below were noisy with people screaming. Traffic sounds can also be heard from the room. However, all of it was manageable and didn't affect much of our slumber.

The hotel is close to metro station, and to big shopping mall, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. It is designed in a modern style, and you will feel pretty safe and confortable during vacation. We got a baby crib, as it was requested. Breakfast is nice and everyone can find something they like. Lobby and reception hall are nice and there is a bar and a billiard table there. Also staff members are friendly and ready to help, especially receptionists.

The hygiene of the hotel can be improved, eventhough I do not say it is bad. Also, parking and garage entrance is not clearly marked, and you might find it confusing to get there via garage. Some shops from the mentioned shopping mall use hotel stairs and elevators, so do not be confused as we were when we saw their staff pass by with boxes and clothes hangers.

The hotel was ok for a very short stay (one night) in Vienna. Our room was big enough for a family with 2 kids. The breakfast was very good. Although not very cheap, the garage was rather empty. The metro was very close, and we've got to the city center easily.

The room was not very well equiped. For example hooks for the coats, they were not enough. The hotel needs a little bit of renovation, the hallway felt dirty and one room door was taped. On our arrival, it was not very obvious how to get to the hotel from the garage, we entered a shopping centre and we had to get our big bags a long way to the hotel. We figured out the correct way later.

Tidy neat little room with everything you need. We only stayed for a single night but the reception staff was very friendly and promptly helped us out with parking tips and stored our luggage after check-out. The usual place to park is the garage of the Lugner City mall, which is very cheap for Vienna and is directly connected to the hotel. The overall artsy theme of the hotel, though sometimes a bit contrived, gives the hotel a nice relaxed atmosphere. The location is a few minutes away from the center with public transportation and is very well connected.

Our room was much smaller and had less natural light than you'd judge by the photos. It overlooked a somewhat decrepit-looking courtyard. The Lugner City mall that surrounds the hotel also seems dated and will not agree with everybody's aesthetic sensibilities, though just another block away the surroundings are again very charming.

Thank you for that! - Absolutely adorable breakfast and personnel! - Very large room and bathroom - The proximity to the park I went to walk with my dog, and to the tram station + the area which is very close to the city center - I was impressed that we had 2 pillows on our beds, to suit the preferences (one was taller and harder, the other one softer) - Heating was on point - Cleanliness on point as well - The theme of the hotel - very friendly, cool and cozy

Nice hip lobby. Small and friendly terrasse. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Hip & practical breakfast room. Friendly professional sufficient staff at breakfast. Relatively clean room. ("Could always be cleaner", said a previous guest in a review.) Easy to warm up & turn off fan. Windows that open - a big plus.

The hotel is a labyrinth to the extent it even has extensive floor plans that I used when I got lost! The couloirs needed a fresh coat of paint. Some rooms need extra attention paid to dust. I was amused by the fact that the cleaning ladies had extensive access to unnecessary data - for example - the name of the persons staying in the room were printed on a sheet of paper together with the number of the room and laying around on the fresh towels carts, to be freely accessed by anyone, unsupervised. Had I whished, I could have found out the names of the guests staying in EVERY room based on this practice. Unnecessary.

Room was clean, spacious enough for a couple, relatively quite room giving it was close to the main road. Hotel is in the same building as shopping mall - 24h parking in garage for 16€ in Vienna and very close proximity to metro station (3min), walking distance to the main Christmas market from the hotel was less than 30 minutes! Fabulous breakfast with a great choice and variety.

Only downside was that there was no kettle in the room and at the time it was not possible to borrow one from the reception. However, we got hot water for our baby from the coffee machine in the lobby bar.
