very good location. Courtyard room was very quiet. Decent size room and yes be aware that the shower is in the middle of the room. Beds were very comfortable. good hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Room was a pleasant size.

in light of the fact that the hotel was most likely quite empty (We never saw anyone) it would have been a nice gesture to let us check in early complimentary but we elected to pay to get the room early. Housekeeping was every other day which is understandable but the room did smell like a smoking room and housekeeping didn’t replenished the instant coffee, the bottle of water, didn’t clean the glasses nor the coffee cups. There was some underwear on top of the laundry bag (from a previous guest) when we arrived. Still there after Housekeeping cleaned the room. Still there when we left.

This room was really comfortable and clean, especially the shower and the bed. The location is perfect if you're a tourist, in fact it's near the westbahnof, one of the principal stations of the city and the shopping street, thanks to which it is easy to reach the city centre and the main attractions. The staff was really kind to me and my friend, they gave us information about the means of transport and I appreciated their politeness, additionally they gave us the possibility to change our room when we found out that the shower was too 'exposed'. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, so I recommend this hotel!

We liked almost everything, actually just a thing was missing and it was the fridge, but it wasn't a big deal because we didn't need it.

Room was excellent , clean and very quiet (we were on the back though, not sure how it would have been on the front side towards the street), large and comfortable. Bed a bit on the soft side but we slept well. Excellent breakfast, lots of different options, all of great quality and freshness. Good position, a bit far from the center but just a few steps from 2 subway lines and various tram lines, so no problem in getting around.

One power plug missing on one of the nightstands, it's either the personal reading light or charging the phone. Weird light switch disposition, the bathroom light was actually the main light of the room, and there was no switch for the bathroom actually in bathroom, it was either from the door or from the bed, it was a bit confusing.

The staff is amazing. The guy who was there the day we arrived (sorry I didn't catch his name) help us tremendously with information about the city and how we can go to different places. Thank you! It really helped us! Everyone else I interacted with was very nice also. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, free bottle of water in the room. Many restaurants in the area, the train station was also nearby with lots of stores.

What we didn't like so much was the shower system in open space and the drain that was very slow, it was difficult to open the door after showering because of the extra water. However, overall we enjoyed it and we might choose it again, who knows? :)

Omg! It is the best place to stay in Vienna! I did upgrade of our room for small price and we got room on the top level. View is insane, great sunset 🌇. So cozy and comfortable! Staff is incredible, unfortunately we don't remember names but special thanks to reception ladies and gents. So helpful, friendly, professional, they help us with all our needs ❤️. Breakfast was super delicious. Location is great, train station is near buy, supermarket and very delicious restaurant with traditional austrian dishes. There is playground for kids just across the road from the hotel.

Unfortunately we wouldn't able to remember names of our favorite staff. It would be nice if staff have name tags). We like everything in our stay. We will definitely come back here.

Location is excellent, the bus from the airport arrives at Westbahnhof which is 3 minutes away on foot and the ride costs 9 EUR. You can save 2 euros if you book the round trip. Wi-Fi is free on the bus. You have subway and tram stations right at the Westbahnhof, which means you’re connected to every location in the city. The ride to the Stephanplatz is like 15 minutes. Theres iron and board in the room, as well as a kettle. It’s great if you just want to stay in a safe place without any hustle. Staff is very helpful and polite.

The rooms need renovation, have no fridge and you have to ask for the slippers and the robes on the counter.

Amazing room, real 4 stars accommodation. Ultra clean, very comfortable beds, all you need in the room, all amenities available in the hotel, even umbrellas. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided a refrigerator for our lunch and kept our baggage from check out until we came back in the afternoon. You really get the idea that they value hospitality, not only good customer service, but kindness. Air conditioning was a great thing to have and almost no hotel offered it. Best of all, the price is unbeatable value for money.

The location is great, right near the Mariahilfer Strasse and Westbahnhof (metro and railway station). Schönbrunn palace is reachable by foot from the hotel (approximately, half an hour). Our stay included free access to the gym and sauna which was also nice, especially in February. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with every question and request that we had.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking lot payment. It wasn't obvious from the booking.com page that the hotel charged a fee for using the parking garage. It only said that there was parking space available. Also, when we were checking in and requested access to the parking garage, nobody explained to us that it was for a fee. Only when we were checking out, they requested an additional payment for the usage of parking. But after discussing this issue with the hotel staff they agreed that the parking being not free wasn't obvious when booking from the booking.com page. They proposed us to pay for parking for only half of our stay there, which was a satisfactory resolution. Also, the rugs were old and stained in the room, but otherwise the place was nice.

The hotel was close like 5 minuts walk to Westbenhof which is a metro line and also has buses so you can get to many places with public transportation alone. The staff were nice and welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and the room is great. Great value for money. We had wonderful stay!

we didnt have a problem with the open shower, the only problem was the water in the shower which in the morning the water were not warm enough to take a shower only in the afternoon evening when we return from our day we could take a shower.

The hotel is very clean and the SPA and gym are really enjoyable. However, the most positive aspect is the staff of the hotel, all very nice, always attentive to the customer, young but very well trained, no doubt that they make the difference in the hotel and absolutely deserve five stars.

The rooms have somewhat poor lighting and also lack little things that one would expect to find in a hotel of this level, such as slippers and a bath kit (shower cap, body lotion, etc.). A tip about the gym: add a weight bench.
