Best Western Smart Hotel

I had the problem with one of my teeth, and got painful when arrived at the hotel and even worse during mid-night. The duty manager helped me to find the emergency denist and i drove the car there, returned hotel at 3:30 am, when the building gate was locked for security reason. But there is a hint that i can have a calling to the recpetion, and the duty manager unclocked the gate for my entrance again. Thanks for hotel staff's support and helps!

Perfect location just outside of the highway, plenty of parking spots. There is a huge shopping centre next door, a gasstation in case you have to continue your journey. We were on our way from NL to BG, unbeatable location to avoid the traffic jams around Vienna. There is a coffee maker in the room in case you need to leave before opening times of the hotel bar.

It really needs some small upgrade in the baths, probably a small hotel fridge is coming handy as well.

Free parking, location is nice, to the airport around 20 minutes. Staff are friendly. Shopping center is very close. It is my second time in this hotel. Once with my family as a holiday for weekend and second time just one night for business trip.

Good location if you are driving far away and need to stop near the highway for a night. There is a big mall nearby. Easy to get to the Wien city center too. Also, was surprised to see a swimming pool there.

Expected better equipment in the rooms. Power sockets near the bed at least, not to mention USB chargers

Very okey place to stay on the road! Good breakfast, big and clean room. All the shopping area is clouse.

Near the road, so it can be pretty loud if you want to leave the window open, because there was no aircondition.

The room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, location is good for those who travel, the hotel is next to autobahn. Big free parking.

Breakfast was totally worth it. We were there at the beginning of June, so we did not catch the season peak and it was not overcrowded. All facilities were very well prepared for small children (baby chairs, playgrounds etc).

Mattresses were too soft, which was not very healthy for our backs.

This hotel is in the heart of the shopping district. After a tiring business day, everything is close and in walking distance. Staff is polite, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and in perfect shape. Insulation of the rooms are great, eventhough the highway is real close to the hotel. Lobby is nice and well equipped. Nothing special for a standard business quality hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, stuff was perfect. I really like the location, it is near the high road, near shopping center and near public transport to Wienna center.

It was a little bit cold in the room and in the restaurant.

The temperature in the room was really confortable. The room was clean and it had all we needed. The beds are good. The breakfast was tasty and with enough variety. Parking for free.
