Hotel Golf Prague

The hotel was spacious with plenty of rooms. When it was full, finding a parking spot may seem hard, but you can definitely find one in the yard. The deluxe tripe room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was actual king size and the bathroom was very modern. I still remember the lighting system, the best I've seen until now... The room had a coffee maker and a fridge, also very helpful. The breakfast was in my top 5 from what I've seen until now, variated and delicious... The heating system can be controlled by the guest in the room. One more thing... The public transport around is great! You can take trams 9 and 10 from the station right near to get to Charles Bridge or bus 180 to get to the Royal Palace.

There were a lot of tables in the breakfast hall, so there was no waiting. I am only saying "waiting", because there were always a lot of people having breakfast, so it could get crowded around 9 a. m. Still, the employees are constantly refreshing the buffet. Also, about the parking, as I said above, it could be hard finding a place when the hotel is full, but the receptionist opened a small yard where we could park the car. A bit expensive for 160 euros per night, but this is Prague, after all! However, the great service was totally worth it!

We liked the bed with a plush mattress. Very decent breakfast, had everything your heart desires. Also very nice cleaning staff. The location is great - trams run frequently and are very close to the hotel. There is parking, a small playground with a beautiful view, and even a machine for buying transport tickets. Near a beautiful forest and lakes with swans and ducks, we went to one of them to sunbathe and relax. There are also historical places and estates in the forest, I advise you to take a walk there after a hot day. We also saw deer there. Yes, and a spacious Golf course, which is located on a hill and the view of the sunset is beautiful there. I recommend! The staff is helpful in all matters.

The sink was clogged at the end of the stay. But these are minor things that can be fixed.

The Hotel was absolutely excellent. The rooms were awsome! The Aircons were absolutely fabulous for the heat! The complementary water and also the Nespresso Coffee machines were super! Beds were super comfortable! There was one man at the Reception, his name is Rosta! He was fabulous! He was totally friendly, very helpful and he spoke super English! Which I cannot say for the Lady which was at the Reception! She was sooo unfriendly and she even cut me off when I was trying to explain that we cannot enter our room as the card was not working, and that the TV is broken. The Technician even had to replace the TV and fix the door so we could enter the room again with the card. But this Lady tried to explain to us that we are stupid for keeping our card with our cellphone which deactivates the card! She needs to be fired and never work in Reception again! But Rosta is an excellent Receptionist in your Hotel, he always helped us perfectly and advised us with everything we needed to know! The breakfast was outstandingly good!!

Please add milk in any form to the room! As you have an excellent Nespresso coffee machine in the room but no milk to add to the coffee!

Great location, near the city and with a tram line right outside so getting in to the city centre is so easy. Hotel looks lovely from the outside and this carries over to the interior. Easy check in and our room was a good size and had a nice view down to the city centre. Breakfast was really good though really busy, so go early if you want some peace, plenty of choice and plenty to eat, great selection to get you ready for a day of sightseeing. The hotel restaurant was great too, good selection of food and it was served quickly and tasted great, good value too.

Parking charges, could work out expensive if you are staying more than a couple of nights. Room price increased just before we got there. Although most of the staff were very helpful, some could come across as disinterested.

The staff is very friendly, they always satisfy the request to print boarding passes for the return flight. Breakfast food will satisfy every taste, lots of fruits, vegetables, cereals for children, eggs in different cooking styles, nuts, dried fruits, fish and much more. The bed is very comfortable, mattresses, pillows, blankets are new. Everything is very clean. The prices in the hotel restaurant for dinner are quite affordable and correspond to the quality of the food (it was delicious). Very calm location. Trams run every 5 minutes and you can get to the center in 20 minutes without transfers. Recommended.

Stayed here the first time 10 years ago and based on that experience decided to book a room here again. The hotel exceeded our expectations. There's been so much water under the bridge, the hotel pleasantly changed. Quiet, clean rooms with a small coffee machine and small refrigerator. Big comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts. Pretty good restaurant. Small playground for kids near the hotel entrance. Big parking but not for free )) (240czk a day). Tram station near the hotel and 15min by tram to the center.

The dessert of the day at the restaurant every day was the same - pavlova )).

It's a great hotel, very nice and relaxing. Very nice and cool area, very close to the tram line like 150m and you can get anywhere very easy. Rooms are so nice and clean, beds are soooo comfortable, free coffee in room, great breakfast everyday, very helpful stamp. All I can say that it's one of the best hotels in town it's a 4 star but you feel its a 5 star hotel, I recomand it, great value for money. I will be staying here every time I come to Prague. Just love it

Nothing all is perfect.

The staff was very attentive and friendly and the cleaning services were amazing and super fast! Breakfast was a solid 8, the location was perfect and in general this hotel is a good value for money. :)

The negative was that the last few days of our stay there was some drilling and digging and knocking outside our window as early as 8 in the morning. We never gotten any heads-up about the situation so the last days we were woken up harshly and sudden. Could have been handled better..

All was OK. Very convenient for visiting crowded Prague and still sleep in a quiet part of the city. The tram connection with the center is excellent.

There is a possibility you will not have a parking place if you arrive late in the evening - the number of places is limited, while the hotel is really big, although it does not seem so on a first sight.

We had a great breakfast, it was lovely one with all the different varieties, the bread, meat, sausage, fruits were really delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.

The cost of parking is something that could've been avoided, also we had to switch to another room because the AC wasn't working in the room that was allocated before, could've checked the AC before allocating the room, we nearly wasted 3 hours with this room switch etc.
