Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Prague

- very clean and nice size rooms - confortable and large beds - quiet rooms, even the ones on the main road - all the amenities provided - excelent breakfast - very good location, bus/tram stations next to the hotel, even for the airport transfer

Receptionist kept insisting on providing a credit card as a guarantee for the room, although i had my card added in the Booking account and reservation with which I paid at the hotel. If we hadn t been with another couple who had a credit card, they would have charged us cash deposit. I have quite a lot of reservations with Booking for years now in many European cities and capitals and this is the first time I encountered this. The same credit card request was also for our friends who already had the room payed when they booked the reservation.

Hotel was well located, close to the public transport. It was easy to reach the city center and all the main attractions. It also has a direct connection to the airport. In addition, a bus and a train station are within a walking distance, so I was able to easily go on a few day trips outside of Prague. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable and had all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to specially thank Honza who did his best to accommodate my room preferences. I appreciate a quite room, where I could have a good night rest after exploring the beautiful city of Prague during the day. I also want to mention Prokop who went out of his way to accurately answer all my questions and give me directions. He also was kind to print for me some tickets I bought online.

Nothing to mention. Everything was great.

The hotel itself was very nice and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the patio and high ceilings. Location was perfect to be reached by any public transport. Close to large and new shopping mall. Breakfast was outstanding as well. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from.

You will be charged tourist fee (50 czk/per person/per night). We were charged for breakfast twice but the staff fixed the invoice and money was returned in 1 business day. Not gonna lie, that in the station area there were many homeless people, using drugs or already under them (but that we noticed in all of the city of Prague). House keeping only changed the towels and that was it, not many toiletries in the bathroom (just hand wash and shampoo). For that rate and 4 star hotel I was expecting something more. Gym was included in the price, but wellness center(sauna, pool) was extra 250 czk/per person. There was mini fridge for extra charge ofc.

The room was comfy, and overall hotel was good. The location is lovely.

The breakfast offer looks amazing from afar but most of it was either undercooked or cold. Even though there was a lot in the offer, we didn't enjoy any of that... Parking was also rather expensive plus the hotel deposit they take for the amount of stay, seems a bit unreasonable for a hotel. The staff behind the desk didn't give us any clear instructions regarding parking (that we have to get the ticket from them before leaving etc)

Everything. Exceeding any reasonable expectation. As I was eating an apple in the stairs, I almost swalow a small piece of apple in the wrong way. I ran to the restaurant, asking for à glass of water. The waitress, an elderly czech woman, had perfecly understood the situation. She asked me if she had to hit my back. I said yes. Then she started to hit, and it realy prevent me to have a piece of apple in my lamb, in other word she prevented me to have surgery in hospital. I warmly and deeply thank her from helping me. I also thank the manager who has hired her. Diky moc !!! Bilo to parada.

Nothing. I realy felt good there, everything was fluid and simple. I will definitly come back there, the next time I will go to Prag.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location with easy access to tram stops, bus stops and a metro station. Very close to a mall that has a huge hypermarket, a cinema and a wide variety of stores one might need.

Tap water was undrinkable for some reason (the taste and its temperature didn't do well for me). The price of water in the mini bar was too steep in my opinion. Every other place I've been to so far had cold and tasty water coming out of the tap and one even offered bottled water for free.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly: - the rooms are large, enough space for the desk, table and to walk around - The beds are very comfortable - room lightning is nice - rooms are very clean - the access to the city center is easy by tram - good quality breakfast with many choices

The shower doesn't have a flexible hose. The taps from the bathroom are very fancy but a classical tap type can be more effective to adjust the water temperature and flow. There was not bad but not my favorite

- Location is very nice. Just two stops by train from the main attractions of Prague and less than 100 meters away from a very nice shopping mall. - Staff are very pleasant and helpful inn every aspect. The girls were really nice at the reception, young and energetic and ready to help with all what they can. - Room was nice with decent view and comfy bed. Bathroom was very nice, just wish if the hairdryer was stronger.

- Breakfast variety is poor. - Restaurant staff not cheerful and pleasant like the reception.

Everything! Location is great - very accessible with public transport and close to everything with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The area is pleasant and safe. Wifi is great, breakfast was excellent, bed's comfy, desk and armchair in the room are perfect if you need to catch up on work. Gym is really well equipped as it is a full blown fitness center that the guests have access to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having both a luxurious shower AND a separate bathtub was just heaven!

Well, there was a note in the room stating that it will not be serviced for 3 days unless I request otherwise, and yet on the second day of my stay a maid just came into the room. I suppose she knocked, but I didn't hear her because I had my earbuds in. Nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw her. Didn't help that I was naked. That's more on me though, I should have used the Do Not Disturb sign... Other than that the gym can get a little crowded as it is an actual commercial gym.

I liked the location, I managed to find a couple of nearby cool places to go out for a drink and a dinner and the tram stop is barely a minute by foot away. The staff were excellent, very polite and very professional. The breakfast was great because I got to try a fair amount of local Czech and Slovak food, and as a self proclaimed foodie, it's excellent.

It's not something major to dislike or complain about but in my opinion, the room TV is way too old and outdated for a hotel like this. I like to connect my laptop to a hotel TV to watch stuff in the evening on a bigger screen. Again, minor inconvenience.
