Hotel U Divadla

The breakfast was just perfect. (Special thanks to Galina) The rooms were cleaned every single day. The staff was surprisingly helpfull, you don't see that everywhere.

To be honest there was absolutely bothing that bothered us here.

Receptionists were kind. Environment clean and tidy, assess to room without problem. Environment was more less quiet. Some minor nose of transportation from street was there, but acceptable. It would be an option for next trip. Good accessibility of public transport (buses).

Heating was switched during night so drying of wet things was limited. There was some sleeping man near reception (not the receptionist). He was there at evening and morning. Some bodyguard? I really don't know.

Big rooms, beds are comfortable, bedding crisp white and clean. The location is great in a pretty quiet area. Enough hangers for clothes and towels, and appliances (we had air conditioning). Personnel at the reception were very professional and helpful with a lot of advice regarding public transport, where to eat, and popular sightseeing. During our stay, we got champagne and a bottle of wine.

The staff was very friendly. The free gated and closed parking. The room was clean and big enough, the bed was confortable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the outskirts of Prague.

The rooms have no A/C, they have some fans that somehow blow very weakly and the summer night was hot. Fortunately, I was able to dissasemble and assemble the fan back, and at least got it to blow much stronger. The parking is not in the hotel, but about 10 minutes walking.

Excellent hotel with such a nice, kind and extremely amiable staff. We spent a week in this beautiful hotel and we felt like at home. The breakfasts were beyond expectations. People serving the breakfasts were so sweet and caring! The receptionists were attentive, smiling and helpful! Supermarket, café and the bakery are really close to the hotel. Trams and busses will help you to reach the center of Praha. The hotel is one of the best! We will definitely return!

The room was clean and warm, the breakfast was good enough, excellent coffee, free parking, all the touches in the room( hand written greeting, wine, etc). I think the best part of this hotel is the personnel,that makes you feel really welcomed. I have to mention Kristian, at the front desk, wich is really professional and customer oriented.(Thank you for all your infos).

The sound proof is weak. I didn't like the pillows ( it is a matter of taste - too soft for me)

Super friendly and helpful staff, a few nice surprises like a complimentary bottle of wine and some farewell gifts, good breakfast - including some local cuisine options, free parking about 200 meters from the property, close to public transport, nice quiet neighborhood - a restaurant and a Penny supermarket just across the street.

The internet is not working so well in some rooms

The hotel could not be faulted for what was provided, room clean, bed comfortable and buffet breakfast provided everything you could want.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening, and local availability of restaurants was limited. The hotel is a few miles outside the centre of Prague, although the tram stop is about 10 mins walk and the tram service is excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel U Divadla in Prague. Everything exceeded my expectations. The receptionist, Kristian, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel's amenities and service were top-notch, contributing to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Hotel Divadla to anyone visiting Prague.
