Hotel Assenzio Prague

Room was excellent and very clean. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms were amazing too. Breakfast was excellent. Lot of options other than regular eggs and sausages. Staff is very helpful and is available for assistance 24x7.

Ventilation in the rooms leaves a lot to ask for. The room was very hot and it took a long time to cool down. Hotel is not easily accessible by the public transport though. Nothing in the minibar. At least should have offered coffee and water in the room.

got a quiet room as requested and it was large AC was working. Lovely breakfast for a hotel of this category. Staff friendly and cooperative .

It was weird that they tried to place people at the breakfast on tables right next to each other (COVID-19 is still around!), when the breakfast area was actually empty and very spacious. People want some privacy and choose themselves whete they want to sit and not feel like in a chicken farm

We booked the room for relatives of ours who came to visit us in Prague. The location is very good, the room and the bathroom quite spacious, large tub in the bathroom. Modern furniture, the entire hotel looked recently renewed. The large double bed was very comfortable. 24hrs reception, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice for both salty and, especially delicious, sweet options. Good internet connection. Excellent value for money (visited in low season after new year's). Will definitely look to book it again, highly recommended.

Only missing things in the room were small side lights next to the bed, i.e. for reading. The room was a bit too hot due to centralized heating. The room was well sound-insulated from the outside street, however, some inconsiderate guests were quite noisy when coming back to sleep in the middle of the night; reported to the reception who were sorry and said would try to pay attention and remind about quiet hours incoming guests. Not easy to find parking nearby.

The location is quite convenient to visit the city's spots by tram or bus. It is away from the crowds. There is a Mini Market at a stone's throw. The reception is friendly, the rooms are good. The breakfast room in the basement is wonderful. The items available were good and sufficient. Housekeeping did a fairly good job, though we had to request them to change the bed linen, after 8 days!

The hotel does not provide tea sachets, creamer and sugar sachets in the room, though reception gave us an electric kettle after we had asked for it, while booking. The heating/cooling in the room was not up to the mark.

Nice room, but the most amazing thing about this hotel is its staff. Really nice and helpful. Also close to metro.

Our room was close to the elevator, so we could hear our visitors in the hall without closing the second door to the room.

The hotel staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming, and our room was always clean and tidy. We really enjoyed being close to the city center, as well as having breakfast included in the price so we could start exploring Prague as soon as we left the hotel.

As we were staying on the 5th floor, the room seemed to heat up a bit, which is, of course, expected. However, one of the air conditioners was rather loud and had a rattling noise, and the remote for the second unit was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, the roof windows could be opened remotely to air out the room.

Great hotel, at a good location. It is on a walking distance from Wenceslas Square and the Old town. But also close to several public transport options. The breakfast was also very good, somewhat basic, but everything tasted great and everything you might need is there. The rooms are also very clean and the beds were also quite good.

The rooms are somewhat small, but not necessarily too small. The only thing that was unpleasant was that our shower sometimes became suddenly very hot or very cold, and we had to shower in a tub that was just slightly too small to do so comfortably. But overall we are very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

Nice and friendly staff members, both at the reception and at the restaurant during breakfast. Breakfast meals did not miss anything, almost a complete list for having a nice breakfast before exploring the city. I also liked the brike-like decoration of the restaurant during breakfast. Receptionist was very helpful. We asked for an Ironing machine, and they provided that, which was nice.

We reserved a double-bed bedroom, but they gave us a two single-bed bedroom. We had to move the beds together to make it like a double-bed. This was very disappointing (because we actually liked the hotel). If it is not possible to provide a double-bed, then why do you give the option "choose your bed" to select the bed in the website during online reservation? This is misleading. I realized that after reservation, the chosen bed type has been considered as an "extra request". "Choosing the bed type" should not be an "Extra request" for a 4 start hotel.

Great breakfast, different kind of musli, eggs, cheese, ham, one salad, coffee, tea, juices, water, hot milk🥦🍌🍞🍳🧀🥓🍯🧈 and even a cakes 🍰 You'll also have a breakfast in a cave. Cleaning arrive every day and did they're job fantastic🧹 In our room we have a bath, so I even was laying in it with bathbomb. It's the first hotel in my life wich for a great price is offering number with a bath instead of shower🛀. For the bathroom hotel get us 5 towels, shampoo, bath gel and a soap🧼🧴🧻 In the hotel you can find beautiful art, a lot of beautiful chairs🖼️ Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly :) Thank you for your attitude very much!

Hair dryer has only a hot airflow, but at least it's strong During the night there can be hearable 1-2 ambulance or police cars going with sirens🚨, but it can be the same at every other place in the city.
