Le Palais Art Hotel Prague

beautiful hotel with gorgeous setting, furniture and staircases!! breakfast was great with lots of options and the service staff were so helpful and accommodating. fitness Center was quite large and well equipped. bed was comfortable and the bedroom was large, with lots of space for bags. under floor heating in the bathroom was a dream as it was snowing for the duration of our trip.

there is only one lift, which was fine as we used the stairs most of the time. it could delay check out if you were in a hurry.

The location is great, in a nice and calm neighborhood. The hotel is nice and our room was big and very comfortable.The bed was very comfy and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The WiFi did not work in our room...

A little bit outside of city centre, in a prosperous quarter of prague., but therefore very quiet. With tram you are in 15 minutes in city centre.

First of all we booked this hotel twice with 3 days apart and stuff was very nice to store our luggage between the visits. They knew we are coming with the kids. When we had gotten back for the second time we were surprised with special bed sheets for kids, sleepers soap etc. Definitely will stay again. Thank you very much Le Palais Art Hotel Prague !!!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with all the necessary facilities. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices, loved the selection of vegetables, seeds, fruit, nuts, and all the other breakfast choices. The hotel had also a restaurant and chef-cooked meals were delicious. Thank you. The staff was attentive and always made me feel welcome. Thank you. Love the fact that the hotel also has a library where you can have a peaceful time. The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the center and all tourist destinations. It was good for a stroll, however, it is possible to take a taxi or public transport. Gratitude to the room cleaning staff, the room was always tidied to perfection. I truly enjoyed my stay, combining the conference and some free time in Prague. Looking forward to coming back with my family. I am sincerely grateful to everyone who made my stay so pleasant and relaxing.

No such a thing - everything was top-notch.

spent christmas days in this hotel and enjoyed our stay a lot. personally the hotel has a very nice personnel very polite, extremely cooperative the Lager of the hotel is excellent and about 15 minutes walk you are in the center of Prague the style of the hotels and special the piano area and the gallery is the high light of the hotel the breakfast was good, would need to see fresh orange juice at breakfast as rather water juice ! the coffee was very good thank you for the pleasant stay, will come back

suggestion for improvement despite there is a bar at the hotel, it does not feel the atmosphere of a bar. The bar is a corridor to go to the lifts or other areas in the hotel.

Breakfast and attitude of the staff was excellent, the atmosphere of the hotel was charming. The view from the room on the city was exceptional, and on top of that you could reach the historic downtown on foot in about 15 minutes, or for the lazy ones tram 36 stops around the entrance.

Although our booking was for one of the attic rooms, I think we should have received the bathrobes for the spa. The sink had quite a big crack on it, and the floor carpet could have been cleaner. So adding this up I had a feeling I am in strong 4 star hotel and not in a 5.

A very good location, a walkable distance to the Old Town. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is nice. The breakfast was good and the serving personnel helpful.

We had some higher expectations from this type of hotel (****). It seems that our room was smaller than it looked in the pictures with a very small wardrobe. As for the four star hotel it was strange that there was no botle of water or slippers.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to the lively streets. The interior is superb, rooms are spacious with high ceilings and big windows. Soundproofed, with comfortable beds - perfect for a good night rest. The breakfast was outstanding - big variety of fresh items with daily rotations. The waiters are very attentive. The gym is equipped like in a fitness centre. Spa is also available.

Not much can be improved. Probably a 24-hr gym access would be to my liking.

The lady-in-charge of the breakfast-room was quite helpful and cheerful. We also particularly enjoyed the floor heating for the bathroom. Overall a good impression we will come back and stay when we’re next in Prague.

Nothing we particularly dislike but it is a little annoying the only English program made available to us was BBC. I know we could stream our own shows but for that we need to fiddle with connection between our devices and the TV in the room .. shouldn’t guests be spoilt for choice? 🤔🤔
