The location is great, the room was spacious, the bed was really comfy, the balcony a surprise. The staff of the hotel are kind and helpful. 24/7 reception , really nice service. Breakfast has a big variety and choice. Check in was fast and easy

The sheet of the bed had a hole, they looked clean but damaged. It would be good to be more accurate with the facilities. There was a huge boiler in the bathroom, someone can accidentally hit themselves with it. Breakfast could be better quality food.

Room is big enough and bed is more comfortable. Bathrooms are very clean. Public transport (metro station) is just 100 meters from the accommodation. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Cleanliness, location, safe in the wardrobe. Good internet speed. Fabulous breakfast. Bed comfortable.

Rooms, despite cleanliness, seem no character at all. Needing small decor (pictures on the walls) and better chair to sit down and rest in the evening. Although hotel lacks ambience (expected it due to location in an old townhouse) is neat and comfortable. Price a bit too high.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the location is good, rooms are quite spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Slept all through the night. Breakfast is simple but tasty.

It's a little overpriced, but all the hotels in Prague are overpriced, in my opinion. There is no parking there, but you can park on the streets a few blocks around (just be careful not to park in areas assigned for residents only).

Curtains do not darken the room well. A noise comes into the room through the door from a hallway when someone comes to the nearby room.

n/a - I used the accommodation just to work there for 1 hour and sleep there for 4 hours because it was opposite to the restaurant where I was invited to. I did not need much at that time, just a place to stay for a while overnight.

The Hotel is close to the town center. On the corner of the street there is a 24/7 supermarket. Lots of different restaurants,pubs, cafes near, which is great. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was great, various beverages and food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Receptionist gave me great advice where to Park.

I didn't like the fact that it does not have it's own parking places. However most Hotels in Prague are like that. There are certain parking garages where you can park and also certain streets where parking is free on certain days. The receptionist told me exactly where to go so over the weekend we didn't pay anything for parking and it was only 2 min walking distance from the hotel.

Very good location, easily reachable by tram. The rooms are big and the breakfast is very good. It looks more like a residential building than a hotel, so we felt at home, as if we had our flat there. Also very good cost x benefit, so we're definitely staying there again in the future.

Not all rooms have air conditioning, so if you're in the middle of the summer it can get a bit hot. Other than that, nothing else to complain.

Staff and the hotel are great. Breakfast was also good (but make sure you go early, there aren’t many tables). Close to the hotel is public transport station (METRO line A (it has some stops in city center and near Prague Castle as well) or tram (number 22 goes right to Vltava River or Prague Castle). There are plenty options for you to buy food or go to the restaurant.

The location- it's 10 minutes walk from main station and close to metro stop. All the attractions are easily accessible. There are reasonable hotels and the neighborhood is safe. The hotel was clean and the staff are friendly. For a short stay recommended.

The bathroom door was not closing properly. We stayed on weekend and it was not possible to repair or change the room as the rooms were occupied. The bathroom is spacious and clean .
