Hotel Raffaello

Large enough, Good location.

The hotel checked in at another place, but they just posted a piece of paper at the reception "came back soon." I waited there for half an hour but no one was come back, and an enthusiastic guest told me where I should check in! But the staff has a nice attitude!

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and attentive isspeacialy Alina. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. I will be coming back! Thank you so much.

Location is unbeatable, very close to all means of transportation. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and conviently heated. The hotel and room have old vibes and decor which give its unique taste.

Although there is an elevator but is it located between floors which means you should drag your luggage over number of steps. Also, I had a misfortunate incided on my departure day, as i tried to access the front door with the given code after getting my luggage down stairs but the door did not open and got stuck between the two front doors for a while till i managed to open the door and then get the rest of my stuff, this was quite overwhelming since there was no one there to help and i thought i might miss my flight.

Close to métro station and other public transport. Breakfast good with enough diversity. Small balcony but OK for smokers😀 Clean room with comfortable bed, the heat in the room was perfect for winter. We've had an urgence to recover a preciouse object from the sink and the maintenance service man came fast and recover it succesully. Persons from réception speaks good english so no problem to understand us. Fourniture a little bit old but in good state.

On the balcony it will be nice to have a small table and a chair. Fourniture at the breakfast area quitte vintage and old, a refurbish or replace will make more enjoyable place in the morning.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable throughout. We stayed for two nights in a double room. We found the beds to be very comfy and roomy, we also liked that the room was warm and cosy. It was my fiancée’s birthday and so the hotel left a lovely bottle of champagne in the room for us on arrival. Location is great, we used the trams and metro to venture out throughout the city to the sightseeing hotspots. Great value for money and well worth a stay.

Receptionist could have been more helpful and friendly. For example, she could have shown us where our room was or at the least signposted which direction we should go.

Great location. Short walk to a tram station. Room was a good size and the bed was firm but not classic hotel hard. Maybe a 7-8 on hard bed scale it was pretty perfect. The man who checked me in was friendly and nice.

The lights in the room weren’t great. No central light just 2 bed lamps and a light on the other end of the room. Not the worst thing in the world but made hunting through my luggage a bit difficult at night. During the day there was some maintenance work happening which made it hard to have a day time sleep to recover from jet lag but it was planned at a good time I assume to not disrupt too many.

Hotel was exactly what I was hoping for and what Hotel should have. It's on a great location with subway right next to it so that was a big plus, even though I traveled for work, I managed to see some great monuments because of it's location. Staff was amazing, helpful and smiling every time.

Everything was great but breakfast. I mean, I went on a breakfast around 10AM, they serve breakfast until 11AM. So I know it was partly my fault that I went this late, but some of the bread was rather hard from sitting there too long. But lady that was taking care of all the things kept adding new things. Just the bread part was minus for me, rest of it great.

Place is very clean. It looks like they did renovation in recent years. Room service is good. Rooms are comfortable and quiet enough to rest comfortably. Spacious elevator. Modern locks wich can be either with the card or with code.

There was no centrilized light in the room. Ppower outlets were near the floor and was rather hard to access. My room had a bath tube (I prefer shower cabins personally). Reception working hours are not ideal (from 9am till 9pm).

Breakfeast was classical selection of warm and cold food. Availability of eggs, vegetable, bread and rolls, ham, cheese etc. For drinks were available several types of coffee, apple and orange juice, water, tea.

Overall room was OK for sleep. I was missing place to be able to place laptop (but at the stay it wasn't needed)

Beautiful hotel in the center of Prague. The room was clean, with very beautiful furniture. I really liked the staff, the girl Lisa, who helped me check in, was very polite. She also advised the best cafes and restaurants in Prague, as well as unusual non-touristic places. I really liked Prague, largely thanks to the comfortable stay! And now I’m going to Vienna, which, I hope, will be just as friendly.
