Hotel Superior Prague

We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas so it was cold outside but lovely and warm in our room. The location was great. Legenda bar, restaurant, music venue is just down the road. Right find. The Pilsner urquell was cheap and the food was banging. Just next door to our local tube station Pavlova was Coffee factory. Lovely little place for coffee and brunch. Weather permitting decent walk to Wenslesnas Square or 2 tubes to Old Town square, Starometska. Will defo stay at this hotel again next time we're over.

Our only quibble really was the bathroom door. Be better if it opened outwards. Had to stand in the corner near the shower to close the door to go to the loo.

Great location, walking distance to old town, also very close to the Congress Center (convenient for people attending a congress). Room very clean, no street noise (back yard view), breakfast good and tasty. Nice staff at the front desk, friendly and very helpful; also, cleaning staff doing a great job. Enjoyed the beautiful summer garden! Early breakfast in the garden was a great way to start the day.

Room was quite dark. WiFi in the room was weak. "Soundproof room" is a joke - the walls are so thin you can hear everything (a problem if you have inconsiderate neighbours).

We liked very much, the location,being at aproximately 10 minutes walk to Wenceslav Square. The hotel and the amenities are very clean, the room, was quite spacious for 2 adults and one kid. The bathroom is a little bit small, but we appreciated the cleanliness rather than this aspect. The breakfast was also quite good. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Also we appreciated the fact, that we lost our daughter' 2 dolls and they have send it to us by courier the next day.

There were so many things I liked this hotel that I do not think I would have space to write them all. First of all the staff at the hotel were 100% professional..I have stayed at dozens of hotels over the last 5-6 years and this one rates at the very top of my list if not the best one..Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Next the room was perfect. It was large size, had all the amenities to make a very pleasant stay.. lots of outlets to plug laptop, phones etc. .. blackout curtains...soap and shampoo....plenty of towels... beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows... lots of lights in the room... and a bar fridge....large wardrobe with hangers... nice size desk ..... the room was a perfect 10 ..... now the location of the hotel was excellent. It was just a 5 minute walk to the metro and tram.....restaurants close by and just a 25 minute walk to the old town square. The hotel was quiet and only the noise from traffic because it was located on a main street could be heard but was expected....The breakfast scored another 10 out of 10... plenty of selection of food and drinks like juice, coffee and tea. Kitchen staff were constantly refilling dishes with more food.... it was hard to leave breakfast without being " full "....there was no waiting as plenty of tables for guests at breakfast,, I initially booked only one night but soon changed it after the first night to four nights because of the staff, room , and the quality of the hotel and the service... In my opinion I could not find a better hotel in Prague than this one...I honestly recommend this hotel to everyone to stay at when visiting Prague... It is rated a three star hotel but could be a 5 star hotel almost as I have stayed at some 4 and 5 star hotels and this one rates up there with this one. You cannot make a mistake staying at the Superior Hotel in Prague. Thank you Superior Hotel for making my visit to Prague so enjoyable...

The only thing I did not like was the fact that I had not have one single thing to complain about this hotel. From staff, location, room , amenities , breakfast.....all 100% in my book...

Initially we were scared about the breakfast due to reviews but I must say it was delicious! It's true that there aren't a ton of options but you get all the clasic breakfast items and fresh juice every day. The summer garden is beautiful and great for breakfast. The rooms were big and cosy. The location is great you can reach a lot just by walking but also for destinations that might be far you have several tram stations nearby and the metro. Anastasia from the reception was really amazing and helped us a lot throughout our stay.

The rooms did not have AC and outside were 38/40 degrees. The temperature inside the room was very high. We got twin beds even though we asked for one double bed.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent. The hotel is very neatly situated near the heart of Prague and the old city center, there are ample opportunities to get any- and everwhere in the city from I.P. Pavlova tram/ subway station which by foot is only 5-8 minutes away. Getting anywhere within the city center doesn't take longer than 15-20 minutes to get to. Great lace to start exploring Prague!

The hotel rooms are very poorly isolated and as such you will hear most of what your neighbours are doing, also you hear a lot of what's going on in the busy city outside if you open the window - this is not a quiet hotel during the day, so if you plan on staying in your hotel room during the day, you should consider that information, if you return late in the evening/ at night those points should be to no concern to you. Also the cleaning schedule of the rooms is very odd and absolutely inconsistent, you may need to call reception to ask for fresh towels or other items or if you want the room cleaned on a specific day.

The rooms are nice, big and clean and the bed is really comfortable. The hotel seems newly renovated. Breakfast was nice and tasty. I really liked the garden. The location is perfect! Every way you go you will see something nice. It is also close to metro, tram and a reasonable distance to the Train Station. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything. This might not be such a problem if you have reasonable neighbors, but unfortunately that was not the case as my neighbour talked at the phone every night!! Maybe keep this in mind when booking and be considerate of your neighbors :)

The hotel is in a good place, near to Pavlova subway. The breakfast was very good, pretty much the same everyday but there are a lot of options to choose from. When we arrived, there was a funny smell in the room, i have asked the lady in the reception if they can change our room. she said to wait until the morning and they will manage to do this for us, so thats a plus. they clean the room daily and change the towels too.

some spots in the room in the ceilling probably some water damage but nothing to worry

staff very nice , price correct , clean and breakfast was very rich and good . Place is very good and perfect to go easy to the centrum . We was so much happy to see Ukrainian people 🤩, they was so much nice , friendly and always when we was need something they help as . Even they help me for the breakfast , I was totally forget to say I have allergies for lactose and gluten. They young lady in the reception was go to the kitchen and coming back witch the special breakfast for me … Thank you for all guys :)) Hope to see you again:)) .

Nothnig bad just all is perfect 🤩 in this hotel .

The staff was amazing, everything was clean, the breakfast was really good, you have so many options. The AC would be turned on every time we returned to our room, so that was a nice touch. It is a 15 min walk to the city centre, the metro station is 5 min away. Everything is so close. You have a market near the hotel, as well as some bodegas and coffee shops. I can't recommend it enough, it was an amazing stay!
